I have just had the pleasure of talking to a member of your staff called Lydia. She was polite, personable, helpful and totally professional. A big well done to her please.

User

Great platform now that they offer trusts as well as funds. Low dealing charges and great interface

User

Very good and friendly service. Very efficient service over the phone. Products a very simple and clear. fidelity funds might not be the most performing of the whole market but cost is low and easy to click funds away.

User

They are an excellent company.

Open, giving a lot of choice and customer friendly.

The new website is terrible .

The new chart thing doesn't save so has to be reentered every time the history of transactions is laborious to say the least there is no watch list .Have had to call numerous times for explanations and the answer seems to be still under development .

User

I think they should help elderly people more, especially when online, too problematic when trying to sign in,then cut you off if you don't quite get it right.please make it easier. !!

User

Unfortunately they don't update important information such as change of address, despite numerous phone calls.

Staff at the call centre unable to help unless you answer random questions about the funds which I don't know. The account number and customer details aren't sufficient information apparently. Very disappointed.

User

The customer service of Fidelity is really good but everything else is not working. Need to chase them up every single day for a month, to be nearly outdated of the deadline for them to finally do their part. If I only knew, I would definitely use another company. But for sure I will look up for alternatives. There is nothing more important than client trust and this is lost.

User

yet again website down due to 'technical issues' I really am going to change investment platform, the 'new' website when it does work is rubbish. What happened to the portfolio xray?

User

You really need to do something about your web site as a matter of urgency , clunky doesn't come close . Invest time and money before its too late .

What can I say about Fidelity, nothing good. Service is poor and they fleece customers. Customer for 15 years, gone in 30 minutes of incompetence and their lack of transparency in their fee structure with a hidden fee for a product that I did not was not 'their product' even though it begins with Fidelity Moneybuilder.

A Fidelity passive investment product that wasn't available via Fidelity but when transferred to their platform, they continued to charge me separately because the initial product was not purchased on their platform.

I will be filing my report with the Financial Conduct Authority and pulling all my investments with them.

It is totally disgusting that a UK investment firm would hide their charges and effectively double charge you.

Go to Hargreaves Lansdown or Charley Stanley. HL may charge you more but their fees are less overall and they do not hide their charges.

I am surprised Fidelity can get away with this disgusting practice of fleecing customers. Effectively they have charged £45 for 2 days.

In terms of customer service, it would help if their call centre actually had knowledge of what I am talking about, they could not grasp what I was talking about.

Don't bother with their funds either, cannot see any good performers, better off going to Vanguard for their passive/tracker products, they are cheaper and better. Vanguard are an investment disrupter, and they will charge much less for their funds.

User

Shoddy service, no response to complaints, paying for a service I am not been provided. Very unprofessional company i am sad to say. Used to be great service offer by now Arthur Daley comes across as more trust worthy than this company.

User

Really poor customer service. Opened an account 2 weeks ago and still cant get access. Call them up and they tell you they will send a letter with account information. Never arrives. They have got my money and I haven;t got a receipt.

Avoid this lot, use more reputable provider!

They've had my money for over 2 weeks and I can't do anything with it.

Zero customer service and zero support.

User

New website no longer gives total return information to see percentage return since inception.....just gives a lot of stuff that i dont want. They dont seem to care about helping non expert investors understand whats happening with their investments. Very unhappy

User

I'm in the process of transferring 2 ISAs and 2 SIPPs out to another provider due to Fidelity's terrible platform and arrogance.

The SIPP platform does not allow you to track performance so I asked for a performance report (not unreasonable). The response was work it out yourself or get a financial advisor!!

Have tried twice to escalate complaint via their published process and have not even had an acknowledgment.

I think they are incompetent and I will elaborate why. Dec 2015 my employer decided to change the pension provider from Blue Sky to Fidelity in a company cost saving exercise under the disguise of saving the employee money giving us 2 weeks notice. This should have come into effect in Jan 2016 but due to my own companies incompetence this did not get fully resolved until May with monies disappearing and then reappearing out of weekly wage packets. Around Aug 2016 I decided to move the bulk of my pension pot from Blue sky to Fidelity for ease of looking after for myself. Now between Dec 2015 and Aug 2016 I had been in touch with Fidelity numerous times to complain about the move etc and to advise them that I intended to take early retirement after May 2017 when I reached 55yrs old. When I moved my pot over I was put in what they call a passive lifetime investment scheme which had 75% of my fund invested in Fid Blackrock ovr 15yr uk gilts (m2 risk) and 25% in cash (Low risk). The whole idea of the scheme is to preserve the fund's gains leading up to retirement. Well after only a matter of a few short weeks the value of my investment began to drop and continue to drop to the value of £20,000. Now I realise that the stock market rises and falls but my complaint is that in my opinion the investment %'s where the wrong way around and in the wrong fund as it would appear looking on the internet that everyone and their dog in the industry knew that uk gilts where only ever on a 5yr cycle before they plummeted and are commonly know as pension killers. So why was my fund invested this way! I now have to take control myself instead of trusting so called experts and try to recover the loss. There is something wrong with the passive scheme formula at a basic level.

I am a financial adviser and on the last 4 occasions when I signed up a new client with Fidelity investments. I wrote to Fidelity for details and on each occasion it took several phone calls and formal complaints to get a response. This latest occasion they claimed not to have received my letter, so I faxed a copy, still no reply. I telephoned again and was told original letter had been received. If they cannot be trusted to tell the truth about a simple letter how can they be trusted to deal with anyone's money.

User

Fidelity web site is complete crap. All I want to do is switch some funds into cash, but will the **** web site let me do that No! I guess I will have to move my pension to another provider if I want to buy or sell funds.
