Appointments - never able to get one - always call at 8:30 in the morning. If you try and get a routine appointment with a specific Dr this year, No chance, and its only the 11th of Dec - This is outrageous and a disgrace, good job i haven't got COPD or any other long term illness, oh wait...... 1 star is too many - this facility needs investigation into how its run and staffed.

Rude Reception staff, can't ever get to see a DP due to guard dogs. What gives the staff right to play god with people life if you see a GP or not. It should be my choice to see a GP or not.

Can never got appointment and when keyworker phone they say I have tried when I have got all the calls show on my phone and they’re are very rude

Terrible at getting appointments even emergency ones. Always told to call each morning for cancellations as routine appointments can be weeks away even had to wait a month once. Triage nurse Vicki Burton promised to call within the hour as i was in a great deal of pain with an infection, she finally called 5 or six hours later by which time i had contacted a&e to explain and they very kindly offered to get me seen by an on site gp. She later rang past 6pm and was rude and defensive about my trip to the hospital yet offered no explanation nor apology for not calling within a reasonable time frame. Unfortunately my pain has become worse and i had to go to the gp surgery again today and was triaged by Vicki Burton again. She treat me very rudely and was confrontational towards me and my mother. We both are vulnerable adults. She examined me quite roughly, acknowledged my infection but offered no additional care or any prescription pain relief which has left me so upset. The pain is horrendous and is not being managed by otc painkillers. I have a very important meeting tomorrow about getting support to go to college, i explained this and almost begged for short term course of moderate pain relief just so i can go. She bluntly refused, refused me a second opinion. I am on here now looking for an alternative service and have gathered all the complaint forms including PALS which is a independent advice and liason service. I encourage anyone with similar issues or has a vulnerable family member to always be accompanied and know your rights.

Impossible to get an appointment, rude unhelpful reception staff. Never see the same drs anymore
