We have a very large volume of enquiries, and aim to answer any queries within 24 hours.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: We use Royal Mailpost to deliver your parcels which normally arrive within 3 working days, although we will advise at time of purchase any expected delays.

We offer free local delivery within the FY postcode

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes, we ship all items everywhere in UK and selected items all over the world! The price of your postage may depend on boundaries.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We understand that shopping online is completely different to trying your item in a shop so please ask us for assistance before purchasing if you are concerned regarding sizing or style. We accept exchanges only within 7 days of item being received only if the item is faulty. We do not offer refunds

All of our items are quality checked prior to sending.


Q: Do you take requests for garments?

A: Yes! We can tailor make garments for you, we'd love to know what you'd like to see more of in our Boutique. Some of our lines are pre-ordered so we can sometimes tell you if we will have anything in that style coming in.

Q: Do you have a standalone shop?

A: At present we have no shop, however keep your eyes peeled : )
