At FG we are fight lovers! We love everything to do with combat sports and competition. We are on a mission to support the UK fight family achieve their goals - We provide apparel, equipment, training, sponsorship and promotion.

About 10 years ago my younger brother called me into our family living room to show me this new sport he had discovered called, MMA. Unsurprisingly, as it was around 2005 it was an UFC fight card on what was then Bravo TV. I watched Andrei Arlovski compete in an absolute war before getting his hand raised. Since that moment I have been fascinated by combat sports. I took up boxing, then MMA, and then Muay Thai. I became a personal trainer and now spend more time in the gym than I do at home - I love it!

As I got more serious about combat sports my passion grew and grew, but there was a constant frustration - I couldn't get hold of the kit I wanted in the UK, certainly not easily anyway. Especially if I wanted Twins, Fairtex and other Thai brands. I would often wait for weeks to receive my gear and pay additional import charges on top of postage. Discussing my frustration with my training partners and friends, it became apparent that I was not alone in feeling this way.

It was that day that I made a pledge to myself - that I would make quality fight gear available and affordable to the whole of the UK fight family and give people access to the quality equipment that I never had.

Not only do I now get spend all my time in the gym but I also get to solve that problem for you of waiting for gear to arrive from the other side of the world having paid a fortune for it. I can get you the gear you need within a matter of days, and for me? Well I get a great sense of pride in doing it.

I also get to meet fighters and train with the best in the business to try out all the newest gear on the market. . . and they call this working for a living? I just call it living!
