Filey Brigg Caravan Site

Great place for motorhomes. Great site to go on.

Just stayed at filey brigg.yes it was wet but have you never stopped in a caravan when it's wet?.me my wife and dog loved the site.toilets etc very clean.staff very helpful.site was so close to filey and all walks you want.will be going back and doing it all again.what a brilliant site.keep it up council.

A good setting but not very good if it's wet

Very friendly site. Basic but facilities are clean and well maintained. Lovely walks to filey where there are a good choice of pubs restaurants and shops.

First time at Filey Brigg in my camper van. 2 adults and 2 dogs and all of us thoroughly loved it.

Initially booked for 2 days but doubled that to 4 as it was so nice.

Acess to The Cleveland Way, Filey Town and the beach was excellent.

Good clean amenities with lovely warm showers that stay on until you're ready to turn them off.

The only down side was the pot washing facility was some distance from my pitch.

I will definitely be back and recommend it to others.

Good size pitches, great location. Shower block was very clean, but felt a bit 'institutional'.

If you arrive after the office is closed (5:30pm I seem to remember) you will not be able to get into the toilets or showers until the next morning, when you can get hold of a key.

Also, I don't expect it's a huge problem, but it is quite open, with public footpaths adjacent to the site and nothing to stop anyone entering from any direction. Combined with the fact that there was no barrier in operation while we were there, I did think about security of our caravan and made sure it was properly secured.

Friendly staff, lovely spot but unfortunately the site really needs updating, motorhome didn't fit on any hard stand as the flags were un-even and just thrown down, couldn't use the grass as too muddy and we would sink, power trips out often and the facilities really need updating! The council need to renovate this site before summer!

Lovely clean grounds with food and parks available on site and a shirt walk down to the beach. Beautiful views too
