Film Technique Description

The Film Technique pre – stretch units have successfully been working on Wrapmaster big bale wrapping machines since 1987. With over twenty years of experience in the design and manufacture the tried and tested pre - stretch units have now been successfully fitted and extensively tested on the following machines: Lawrence Edwards, Tanco Auto Wrap, Volac,

The extensive product range is manufactured and engineered from the highest quality materials available: aluminium knurled rollers, 20mm thick hardened steel gears and 20mm bearings. The steel frames are manufactured from laser cut profiles and solid round bars, the unique round bar design also protects the pre-stretch unit from accidental damage.



The Film Technique pre- stretch unit gives a positive even stretch on all types of pre-stretch silage wrap in the market place.



Special adaptor brackets are supplied when necessary to allow easy conversion from the existing K. O. pressure frame type pre-stretch or the existing own brand units. The Film Technique unit therefore can be fitted quickly and easily in the correct position.

Film Technique have successfully converted several makes and models of machine from 500mm film onto 750mm film. Step by step fitting instructions are supplied with every unit.
