If you turn left after leaving the station and walk down Wat Tyler Lane (over the railway line), the Cromwell Manor gates are on your right hand side and are clearly sign posted. Being less than a minuteвАЩs walk from the station itвАЩs the easiest way to get to us should you be coming fro...m outside of Pitsea.
Stubbers Adventure Centre UPMINSTER The closest station to Stubbers Adventure Centre is Upminster here you can leave the station and get the 370 bus right outside the gates or alternatively there are a number of taxis outside the station.

THE FILM... A man in a legal but hurtful business needs an escort for some social events, and hires a beautiful prostitute he meets... only to fall in love. Our seasonal finale which promises to be an amazing night, a legendary film to end the season with.

ARRIVAL Please have your tickets ready on arrival and make sure you arrive in good time to get the best possible spot and enjoy getting ready pre-film. Our car parking at our sites is completely free unless otherwise stated, please follow our staff who will happily direct you as to where to park.
FILM TIMES Please check carefully at which time the gates open, times vary depending on when in the season you are visiting us.

The film will begin after the live entertainment and after sunset so we can get the best possible light conditions to screen the movie. Please bare with us if we have to push things back a little later to get things just right!

FOOD + DRINK We offer a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for you to purchase and keep hydrated on the night. With our choice of food options you can make sure you and your friends are fed for evening also. Don't forget you can choose to bring your own picnic and drinks if you so wish.
OTHER POINTS TO REMEMBER -Of course the British summer time can be unpredicable but whatever the weather we will go ahead and screen the film, even if it rains. No refunds will be given for poor weather.
-Please feel free to bring your own chairs and covers, just remember to respect your fellow movie go-ers and their view!
-When the sun goes down of an evening it can get chilly! Please remember to dress accordingly and bring layers for the night.
-Films Under Stars is only possible with the suport of the great venues we work with. We kindly ask you leave the sites tidy and as you find them. Please bag your rubbish and use the bins provided!

Wonderful night, lovely venue, brilliant entertainment. Live music before and after was great, friendly staff and great food. Good you can take own food and drink too. Definitely go next year. My teenager daughters and friends loved it.

Watched dirty dancing last night with my friend and it was amazing the guy with the mic did a really great job ,keeping everyone on their toes . I would defo recommend going again to watch something else . Was brilliant

Was a great night watching a classic on the big screen, they also done a birthday shout out for my partner that evening which added to the surprise, i recomend you take chairs and a blanket as sitting out side doormant for hours lowers the body temprature even if it's a summers evening so you defiantly might get slightly cold, overall the atmosphere was brilliant and there was even a little after party after the film which we didn't evolve our selfs but im sure it was pretty good.

This was amazing place to go and I would go here again with my daughter.you can take your own food and drinks but there is food and drink to buy too had a great time wonderful birthday gift from my daughter.

Myself and partner came to see Top Gun and although it was not without a few faults it was still an enjoyable evening. I have attended many of these events over the past few years and there have never been any issues. I admit that previously they did have entertainment along with burger vans etc but I still think it's good value for the money! There are not many venues that supply their own alcohol that are happy for you to bring your own drinks and food. I appreciate that for some this may have been their first experience and were disappointed, but I would honestly recommend that you give it another try and not let one bad experience put you off! There is always the possibility of issues when having entertainment and could of happened to anyone even the best sometimes experience difficulties. The staff were quick to apologise for the quality of the film and assured refunds as well as complimentary tickets to another screening for all who attended. With regards to the gates being shut, it has always been that way, they don't open until the stated time. I would still highly recommend these events and will certainly be attending future events.

Me and my friend came to see dirty dancing last night and what a brilliant night it was, you guys really went the extra mile to keep everyone entertained, it was all silly stuff but was good silly stuff and you had everyone up laughing and dancing with you, will 100% definitely be looking at coming again, we really did have a brilliant evening

Had a great night at Stubbers watching Jaws... Even after a little mishap at the start of the film, everyone was given another screening for the inconvenience... Highly recommended, great film, helpful staff... Can't wait to do all over again (will bring gnat propellant next time though! Lol)

Great entertainment before the film started and it was nice not to be rushed off at the end.

Brilliant time at Cromwell Manor seeing Bad Moms with a group of friends on Saturday night. Excellent atmosphere all round, and would definitely recommend. Will 100% be coming again.

Me and my sister had a great evening :)

Managed to get a great spot to see the film even though we brought to chairs with us. Was a really chilled out evening.

Disappointed, the film grease was too dark even after the sun went down. When I asked if it could be sorted I was told that's how the film was made and nothing they could do! Then maybe get the enhanced version or don't show it if you can't see it, people have paid to see the film
