Great food, great ales, good rooms
Welcoming with a pleasant atmosphere.
The staff were lovely.
Is under new management, November 17. The staff couldn't do enough, to make you feel at home. Good quality food and drink (free house). Excellent wedding and reception venue.
Fantastic friendly staff. Lovely comfy beds and decorated contemporarily. Excellent value for money. Food is also excellent. Double is £75 per night including breakfast.
we the dinners are not wonted through the summer wedding seasons ,i bet we will be needed through the dark winter months ,keep supporting those that did leave tables for dinners not wedding chasers, very disappointing try the kings head just down the road
Beautiful location, quiet and out of the way. Staff were friendly and informative (in person, slightly less so on the phone), the room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was top notch as well, good night all in all!
We had an engagement party for my niece in May 2017, and we stayed two nights bed and breakfast. Food was exceptional and staff (especially John the Manager) were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel has plenty of car parking and location is in a lovely quiet village. The Hotel has lots of log fires and atmosphere and warm and cosy and all the rooms are new 2015 with large beautiful en suite bathrooms or showers. Will be back soon.
Was very nice, friendly staff. Very good value
Regularly stay and eat at this venue. the food is lovely and the staff have always made sure I feel welcome and looked after. Rooms are to a good standard, though wifi can drop it is of a good quality. warm atmosphere and would whole heartedly recommend.
Very nice place with helpful staff but its off the beaten track.
Nice place. Uncomfy chairs
Attended for a wedding, food was amazing, staff were great but a lack of bar staff when we arrived means there was quite a wait for the first drink.
