Once approved, we advise on optimal deal structure, perform appropriate due diligence and bring together a team of professionals to execute the transaction. We handle all aspects of post-investment work for JFL. We have a successful track record of working with management teams of portfolio companies to execute turnaround or growth strategies as appropriate. We also identify and execute exit strategies. We back cash generative companies with good management and have a strong market position capable of achieving high growth. We have a successful track record of working with management teams to create, implement and execute growth strategies. We seek turnaround opportunities where the business is capable of profit growth through implementing a strategy of operational improvements, business restructuring, and development capital investment.
