First class service from knowledgeable friendly staff. Bought my bike on the ride to work scheme from here and have it serviced there regularly. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Good selection of accessories as well, jacket, helmet, shorts, trousers, lights you get the drift.

Very knowledgeable about their products. They really look after their customers as I had an incident with the rear wheel an hour after I brought the bike. They couldn't repair it so they offered a replacement at no extra cost. I was really impressed as I usually buy stuff online and wasn't used to getting such a great service. This retailer was recommended by a friend and I also would recommend them to anyone seeking a good deal and the right information.

I recently purchased a new electric mtb from them and their in house specialist Dave is an absolutely top bloke and if you can think of a question that he can't answer I'd be amazed.
