Find My Happy Place

My Happy Place was founded by Rachael and Zoe, qualified EFT Practitioners who both have an array of knowledge from their studies in psychology and psychotherapy, and other holistic therapies. Combining their knowledge, Rachael and Zoe have developed an interactive and educational programme designed to help 5-16-year-olds understand their emotions, how their brain responds and what tools they can put in place to help manage those feelings and thoughts. The programme techniques are science-backed and hold so much value in helping children find their happy place within.
