We rent a property out and we use FindaHome as our Agent. They are very well priced, the team are very helpful and everything is always hassle free. We recommend FindaHome.

We purchased a house through Findahome 4 years ago and they were so easy to deal with that it a foregone conclusion who we were going to use when we decided to sell our house this summer! They did not disappoint! Tom came out to value the house and photographs, the house was listed the following day and sold by the end of the first week. Throughougt the sale process we then dealt with Joe Shenton in their office who regularly went above and beyond - making calls to get answers when the conveyancers we're being particularly slow etc! Joe and the Findahome team are a pleasure to deal with, they always call back when they say they will - having experienced the company as both a buyer and seller I would highly recommend using Findahome.

We put our house up for sale

Find a home were brilliant .the tenant we had renting at the timewas keen for us to sell so they could move out quicker and end there tenancy agreement early

However once it was on the market they changed their minds and would not let anyone view.

As we had paid find a home up front we thought this would be a problem but it wasn't

When the tenants finally moved out we put it on the market again at no extra cost and carried on marketing .

They were brilliant.

They gave us good feedback and could not have done better. It was soon sold.

Having sold one other property and bought another one in the last year also I would have no hesitation in using them again

Brilliant Service from Findahome Online. I have used them twice. Firstly, I sold my house in Stafford. It sold quickly for a good price. Their fee was competitive, excellent value for money. I’ve recently let my house out in Stoke using their fully managed letting service. Their letting department are extremely professional. Again the charges were excellent value for money. I would highly recommend their sales and Letting services in the Stoke, Staffordshire area.

Cool idea, just have to see what the rent on a place would be, you might be saving money for the landlords but what about tenants?

Very disappointed. Little or no contact. Had to re-negotiate the price of the house we were buying ourselves with the seller. Through the whole process only had one letter from Findahome confirming our offer had been accepted. On the day of completion Sharon was rude when discussing handing over of keys. Hopefully won't be dealing with them again.
