Wasted thousands of pounds with a completely incompetent and untruthful estate agent. Represented a immoral client and was quite happy to go along with his unethical decisions when both the seller and the estate agent knew my position. Waited for 9 months for the house to be finished as agreed and then asked for considerably more money. Why on earth Terry didn’t advise the seller that this was unethical and completely unfair considering how understanding we were, especially considering we were first time buyers. Disgusting service and would never advise anyone to use them. Very glad it backfired for both F&C and the seller.

I cannot recommend Terry Robinson highly enough. He went above and beyond in helping me to purchase my dream home. He works all hours and was always available to answer any enquiry I had. A true professional with a passion for his job that's so rare to find! 5* without any hesitation

After some viewings but no offers I changed agents to Fine&Country Banbury. Terry and Chris were excellent, promoting the property and encouraging potential buyers. The Open Day was disappointing for my property but I received two offers within a week of each other and hope to exchange soon.
