Fine & Country Norwich

Richard was extremely professional, independent and responsive during out buying process.

Bought a property through Fine & Country and it was the worst buying experience I have ever come across. The property we purchased, came back for sale as it had fell through 7 weeks down the chain, we were told by F&C they wanted a quick sale, which worked extremely well for us. 9 weeks into our purchase, somebody from F&C slipped up and told us that the vendors onward purchase was waiting for probate which hadn't yet been granted and the process only started since our offer. (No wonder they lost the sale the first time). We ended up in rented, very last minute, with all the upheaval and two lots of removal costs because people couldn't be honest. Obviously, we lost all faith in F&C as they clearly weren't honest from the start, not to mention this you would have to CONSTANTLY chase them, paperwork was sent to them, which they claimed hadn't been received, updates from the vendors weren't being passed on, and ultimately we were just being kept in the dark. Helen was very condescending when she spoke to myself, even on one occasion she called me rude! Not exactly how you speak to a customer! Considering I was getting rather frustrated, which would be made worse when I wasn't getting called back when specified. They even asked us to pay for a new boiler, even though we hadn't legally completed?! Just all round awful experience. When we collected the keys, we were handed the key, not even on a keyring, no paperwork, no gift. Nothing! No follow up, haven't heard a single word since completion.
Would not recommend.

Tried to get in touch to enquire about several properties but agents from two different branches were unhelpful and disinterested. I ended up giving up with them.

If you're looking for an estate agent who is both obnoxious and incompetent, this is the one for you.

The people at the Norwich branch are just rude. They've showed me several houses over the years and never been pleasant. On one occasion the chap showing me around had clearly just done a "number two" in the bathroom before we arrived - and didn't flush (the house was empty and uninhabited). They seem to have taken it as a personal affront that I didn't list my property with them and therefore don't seem to want to sell me anything either. Given how rude they are to me as a buyer, I would never use them and having gotten a quote from them before, they are significant more expensive from kinder and less pretentious local agents.

We (Clayland Homes) sell our new build homes using Fine and Country. They have been excellent in matching us with good potential purchasers.

Other agents we have used in the past seemed to send just anyone around and suggested overly ambitious asking prices in the hope you will sign up and place your property with them - that's a false economy and never works out well. We have never had this issue with Fine & Country as they have been honest about pricing and marketplace.

F&C Norwich have approachable, friendly and efficient staff and use beautiful marketing to make the most of your home. Fine and Country is definitely our top choice. Highly recommended.
