Excellent service, from all we dealt with.

All of the staff at Fine & Country - Nottingham were, without exception, friendly, helpful, professional and above all, patient, while we sought the best possible price for a property which had certain limitations. The additional cost of choosing F&C ended up being worth every penny!

Possibly the worst local agent. We agreed a purchase on one of their client's properties in May and by November the transaction still hadn't been completed. We had to continually chase Fine & Country for updates - at no time were they ever proactive in providing information to us. The only time they communicated with us was when they told us that their client was withdrawing from the sale. We subsequently enquired about another of their properties, although after waiting over two weeks for someone to come back to us we gave up. Totally unprofessional and not at all customer focused - avoid at all costs!!

Fine and Country Nottingham were absolutely brilliant. Pavlo and the team made the whole experience stress free. Very professional throughout. Genuinely friendly with exceptional communication and service.
