So this happened while we were away in Budapest/ Vienna! I have actually never been so happy in my whole life and to have the chance to spend the rest of it with @chelsey__j means the absolute world to me! There are few perfect moments in your lifetime but I am blessed enough to have just lived through one 👌💍❤️ . . . #engaged #engagementphotos #budapest #perfectmoments #holiday #goals #lovinglife #vienna #wein @ Gellert Hill Citadell

Hey guys! So it’s Thursday, one of the hardest days of the week to find motivation, as your thinking about the weekend but not quite there yet!
However if you’re one of the many struggling to find the motivation or the time today, just think of it as just 4% of your day rather than a whole hour! or even just 2% of your day for a quick blast ,which is nothing, right?🤷‍♂️💪
Also quick throwback to my old LBT class at Xercise4less!

Huge success story! My client (he wished to remain anonymous) has made massive success in just a few shorts months! He’a managed to drop well over 12kg (over 2 stone) lose 6% (we now sitting under 20%) and get his visceral fat levels back down to a healthy range! Excellent work buddy, absolutely smashed it 💪
So when we first started training my client had never done anything remotely close to working out and his weight/ body fat was starting to spiral out of control. But with... all the hard work and dedication he has put in we have got him past his initial goal! So even if you are at the very beginning of your journey, so long as you have clear goals set, the right attitude and worthwhile plan absolutely anything is possible!
However as with anything worth doing there is always the next step that you can take. Now with my dude here we are not quite the finished article yet but I feel it is incredibly valuable to take a step back every now and then and just look at how far you have come! So I hope will help to inspire some of you to take that plunge and become the person you want to be!

Hey guys! Check out the tips below!
NEAT One of the best, most effective not to mention the most underrated way to achieve fat loss and burn more calories it to increase your NEAT (Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis). This relates to all of the calories you use outside of exercise, eating, and sleeping. So if you’re sitting static in an office all day you wont be burning anyway near as many calories (or body fat) as someone working in manual labour. So what can you do to inc...rease your NEAT?
Healthly foods Drop the processed and ready-made foods and switch to unprocessed options. Foods such as eggs, meat, fish, avocado, nuts, potatoes, and vegetables are all nutrient dense, full of good macro and micro nutrients that will fill you up for longer. Not to mention the positive effect it will have on your overall well-being, feeling both satisfied and more energetic! Prone to an upset stomach? Chances you are having too many processed foods! So in essence, they will help to support a healthy digestive, hormonal and metabolic system, and will massively reduce inflammation, cortisol, oestrogen and stress on the liver. All of the above will play a massive role in how successful your fat loss journey is.
Lift some weights! This one might shock a few of you! But honestly this is even more effective than cardio for a lot of people! So body fat % and muscle % are essentially 2 sides to a scale, as one goes up the other must go down, so increasing your lean muscle mass will not only make you slimmer (reducing body fat and toning your body) but boost your BMR (basal metabolic rate), meaning you burn more calories throughout your day not just during exercise, (increasing your NEAT). A no lose scenario for achieving that summer body!

Morning! Sorry to get a bit heavy for a Sunday but I have two very important things I would like to say. 1. A massive thank you to Chelsey for letting me use her transformation photos (we had trained together for 6 months to achieve this result). This was a super nerve racking moment for her so please feel free to send her some love in the comments! 2. No matter how far away your goal may seem, no matter how far off you may be from where you were, the only thing stopping you from getting where you want to be is yourself. Believe in yourself, trust yourself and most importantly show self discipline and any result that you want can be yours! Have a great afternoon guys!

2018 is going to be a huge year, I can just feel it! Absolutely buzzing with how the prototype from Topham Print has turned out! Plus with a meeting planned on Sunday for a secret project I’ve been cooking up, I’m definitely off to a flyer!
Hope all of you guys are also smashing milestones you’ve set yourself, but if you do need a helping hand feel free to drop me a message or book a free consultation!
P.S if you’re interested in picking up one of these bad boys (along with a host of other designs, hoodies, etc on the way) keep your eyes peeled for the next few weeks!

With it being January tomorrow I know there are always going to be a shed load of new people starting out on their fitness journey.
So I’ve put together 3 easy beginner tips for burning fat!
1. Get moving and work around the excuses!
... The most common excuse I hear is ‘I work too much to go to the gym’ or something akin too not enough hours in the day to exercise (which is complete nonsense, but that’s a post for a different time!) bur their are ways around this. Simple changes such as using a fitness tracker or pedometer to monitor your steps could be just what you need. Wear one for a couple of days and work out what you average daily steps are, then try increasing the amount you do everyday (the average adult should be hitting 10,000 steps per day). This will easily help you start burning more more calories (and thus more fat) each and everyday!
2. Log your food!
Using an App like MyFitnessPal to track your daily food intake, will help you to understand how many calories you consume each day and where the ‘heavy hitting’ calories are. But the trick is to be honest, because if you cherry-pick what you are sticking in then you will never get to the root of the problem (if one exists)! Once you have an honest log (you might be surprised at what you see!) you can assess your calories in and start working towards a healthy amount.
3. BMR and calorific deficit! Next workout your BMR (basal metabolic rate), this is just a calculation of how many calories you will burn everyday based on your individual body type. To work this out all you need to do is google ‘BMR Calculator’ and stick in your stats (bodybuilding.com have a great one) and you will be your calories out per day! So now you have your Calories in and calories out you can begin to create a calorific deficit! Basically this means you need to burn more calories throughout your day than you are taking in. So start taking steps to either increase your calories burned per day or decrease the amount of calories in per day!
