Been servicing my bike and upgrading it for over a year with these lads. They are friendly, helpful and very good at what they do!

Top quality service and very friendly staff. But if you want to buy some cycling accessories buy it online. ( which is same with almost any of the cycle stores in London).

Not visited recently, but they were always helpful in the past. I can see no reason for that to change.

It always looks as if they have a wide range of stock.

Just how a bike shop should be. The staff are switched-on, friendly and respectful, the prices for servicing and repairs are reasonable and the service is incredibly quick. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Incredibly professional, friendly, brilliant service. They go out of their way to help you out and offer advice (even telling me when I've been ripped off by other shops!) and offer the best service for a really reasonable price. Best bike shop in London!

Excellent in every way, customer service, price, friendliness, expertise! They welcomed me in straight away, as soon as I entered the store, and gave me an honest appraisal & prompt price, easily much cheaper and more in line with what I thought it would cost, rather than the 3 other rip off quotes I'd had. These guys are the real deal. They said it would be ready by a certain time on the same day and it was. I thought they were honest, down to earth and friendly, and the repairs were brilliant. Great independent shop stocking a good range of bikes and accessories. Had good service from owners whenever I go in.

Great and quick service. I've used them a couple of times and both times I was extremely satisfied. the job was very well done, quickly, and most importantly, the price was much more affordable than in in many other places such as Evans Cycles or similar.

A great little local bike shop. Friendly, honest service like it should be. I've used the shop for many years and it's always efficiently run by Len and his team. They will always give you an honest and fair appraisal on repairs rather than charging you a fortune, unlike a lot of bike shops. Best of all, it's been going for years and is a family business. Fully recommended. Five stars for a decent bunch of guys.
