If you are coming to your holiday home today, please check your pipes for any bursts due to the weather when switching your water on. Ensure you leave yourself plenty of time should you need to call someone out.

User

Due to the adverse weather conditions we reccommend that owners and seasonal tourers (Goosewood only) do not travel to any of our parks. The roads to the parks and on site are inaccessible in many cases. The ground conditions are so poor that we would be unable to recover you should you get stuck. Please share this with any owners you may know by tagging them in the comments.

Whoever wrote it's like a concentration camp obviously don't get their own way,yes there are rules, good rules that most respect, but you do get the simple minded ones who think they don't apply to them,as for the managers, couldn't get better than Nigel and Eamon, fantastic funny and fair, the 3 F's. Now to the moron who doesn't like them, 3 F's to you

We visit Fir Trees on a regular basis, sad the Sunday Carvery has finished however I had a lovely Steak and onion baguette with chips and salad..It was well worth £5-99. Entertainment including bingo is great. Stall really friendly and the Bar Manager Mike goes out of his way to help people, he his a great assett to the site, Well done Fir Trees looking forward to visiting again soon.

We have had a great first season, our girls love the Oscar club and magic mike, we are so pleased we brought a caravan on this site

User

We have been coming here for 27 years and still love it have seen a few changes over the years....can't always keep up with new staff and management

Love how peaceful the site is at times...love the Sunday lunches saves me cooking now

Don't think we have many years left on our caravan now so will have to see what happens in the future... o well we will still keep coming

User

This is our 2nd year here, absolutely love it. Got quite a few family members that stop in our van, free of charge. They have decided that they are going to purchase a static( not sure where yet). Our best buy yet. I would really like something done with the grass area,as we have to park at the bottom near the path and walk all our stuff up to the top. By the time we've finished we're muddied up to our ankles. Then when we have got to go out,the mud is trailed into our car.

User

Opened our caravan for our 8th season We love so does our family . Our granddaughter loves to meet up with her friends every season . Brilliant staff 😊

User

User

Just got back from another fab weekend just love this place and can highly recommend sunday carvery was lovely

User

Love it here been on the site for one year now this is the start of our second year love the pool for an early morning swim and the adults bar for the bingo and entertainment the staff are very helpful and friendly so looking forward to some good old British weather and holiday fun in the sun x

User

Love coming for the pool so quiet would help if they did a reduced rate or pass for people that use it weekly; hoping they don't shut it over winter this time so we can use after school for kids swimming x

User

It's a great well kept park . Wardens Tina and Steve are helpful and friendly, the facilities are great with good entertainment and polite friendly bar staff

User

Great site, great staff in fact we even fancied buying a static as we had an annual tourer their... But unfortunately the chap who dealt with it was to greedy so had to move to another site and save £9K on the deal.. Shame as the family loved the site...

User

Fantastic place xxx the staff brilliant my girls love it food lovely good price xxxx

User

Would give it 5 stars as great but haven't tested the pool as here too close to the end of season. Lovely site and very tidy

User

We have had our touring caravan on this site for over four years now our only gripe is that we have never attended an end of season party because there is a childrens end of season party and a static caravan party in november when the touring site has closed at the end of october!!!!!! .Talk about second class citizens!!!

User

The pool is really nice and changing rooms feel clean. But with the main door opening and closing and the door open for the life guard to go to the desk. It's FREEZiNG!!! Felt like an out door pool at times. I even checked before we went in if it was warm, they said yea it was. Brrrrr . Oh. Showers cold too.

User

Really love this park. The staff are friendly and the clubhouse well supervised . Some if the barmen need fitting with a smile.

The grounds were lovely until some residents decided to ignore the 'Do not drive on the wet grass' signs during the wet March and early April.. They ripped up the grassed areas regardless.

However, the site is lovely and all that I need.

User

This is our 3rd season in our static we previously sited our tourer for a year. We like the site it is clean and well kept apart from the morons who don't clean up after their dogs. The communal areas are clean and inviting the only gripe we've got is the prices in the bar. During our first year we regularly ate in the club the meals were fairly priced and portions were very good however since then prices have increased and portions have got smaller. We now dine at The Martonian as it offers much better value for money and the beer is cheaper.

User

A bit too much dog poo for my liking. Receptionist didn't seem too concerned.
