Firezza Pizza - Chelsea

Pizza was cold, veg on the pizza was really overcooked. Some of the pizza was burnt.
Won't be ordering again

Worst night ever! We ordered tonight about two hours ago, after 2 hours we still didn't receive any pizzas, we called and they said that they didn't know when they would it be able to send us hour pizzas because of their driver. On a Sunday night they didn't even had the decency to call me before 11 to tell me that I will not have my pizza so me and my guests now we are starving and angry after 2 hours waiting and it's too late to order somewhere else. Worst night ever!!!

First and last time we tried the food here. Delivery guy didn't bring any change. Food was cold, disappointing and concussively relatively overpriced. The wedges were decent.

I always order from Chiswick, but with there being a technical error I had to order from the Chelsea branch. Food arrived very cold and late and was not up to the usual standard I have come to expect from Chiswick. I forgot to add my drinks to the order so I rang and explained and put another order through straight away over an hour later I got a call saying the order is cancelled as I can't order drinks without food I explained what had happened and the only option I got was your food is on the way now if you want the drinks you would have to reorder them and then it will take an 45 mins - 1 hour to deliver them.
All in all terrible service.

Very quick service and lovely, tasty pizza with plenty of toppings! I could not finish mine in one sitting because it was so filling. Definitely recommend this place to all of my friends!

I often order from Firezza as I live really close by, however this one may be the last time I did. For the second time, I ordered and paid for the buffalo mozzarella extra topping and they forgot to put it on. Also, two slices of my pizza had no toppings at all! It looks like they don't care and don't check what they send out to their clients. The only time I contacted them (as my pizza had no toppings at all- it was a plain, white pizza with no salt!), the lady over the phone was quite rude and kind of insisted for me to have the money off the next order...but who the hell would have had such a pizza, with nothing on it?! I agree with some to the other reviews as to the quantity of the toppings- sometimes you can hardly see the ham you paid extra money for!

This place has been going down hill for the last year. You walk in, no one is in there. You call, they don't pick up. You come to collect a pizza you've already paid for and after 5 minutes of waiting upstairs, they come up and question whether or not you've already paid for it. I live very close and I'll now gladly walk farther to have better service and better pizza. Put some more toppings on the pizza!! Lost me as a customer, I do hope they improve so I can come back in the future.

Ordered to south Kensington so delivery should have taken minutes on a motorbike. Arrived half an hour late and pizza was cold. Pizza also definitely was not 12 inch, more like 9 or 10 so we didnt have enough for our party.

Still giving 3 stars because it was nice enough pizza, very cheap and one of the only places to do vegan cheese :)

Ordered through Seamless for 12:00, the order was accepted by restaurant @11:40. 12:45 I'm calling them to be told that they are open from 12:00 and they hate seamless. No apology, nothing. Just being told bye and essentially the guy on the phone hanged up. Avoid.
