Love firezza

Very low quality ingredients. The few scattered pieces of veg were looking and tasting like canned ones. So poor for such an expensive pizza. Will not be ordering again.

Food was good.
TIP FOR NEXT TIME - Don't transport ice cream right next to the hot pizza box and don't forget to bring change. Finally it's a nice summer's day, no need to look so miserable when delivering pizza.

I love Firezza, but the Notting Hill branch has gone wild. Mistake over mistake, burnt dough, often ridiculous wait with no apologies from anyone once a complaint meant is placed (just a general "blame game"), wrong
orders and sometimes far smaller pizza than it should...price has gone up...quality down the basement

I have been ordering from this place for a while on and off as the pizza dough is decent but the negatives of it are just unbelievable.

First you have to pay a hefty 20% extra if you want to have buffalo mozzarella on your pizza (yes even on the create your own!!!).

Second some of the products are just plain pretentious bullshit i.e. the friarielli (italian wild broccoli) are actually normal broccoli, the truffle paste is a normal mushroom paste with some truffle oil in it, the sundried tomatoes are about as low quality as they can possibly be, the nduja is awful, and the artichokes and the olives.

Then beside other minor problems with the sides and especially the salads, the real major problem is that it will happen that you receive a call and they will tell you they have finished the pizza that you were looking for. On a friday night. Seriously.

This is like going to get a coffee in the morning and they tell you they don't have any coffee beans. Or if you go to a steak house and they tell you they don't have any ribeye. This is the kind of stuff that makes stand up comedy great. Its just absolute nonsense.

If you want a decent pizza in the area probably saporitalia is your best bet.

Never ordering from this place again, and I am looking forward to getting my refund.

I recommend you stay away from this place too.

Good vegetarian pizzas with vegan cheese option, delivery was on time, pizza was still hot and booking was easy on website, will order again!

Fast, good pizza - super good when a delivery got confused - brought new pizzas in a flash no fuss.

I love Firezza in Chiswick, but the Notting Hill location has gone down hill fast.
They get the order wrong every time and what used to be a delicious pizza is now very salty and doesn't taste very fresh.

We ordered a couple of months ago and the order was wrong. I called the branch who said they'd either send a new pizza or give us a discount next time. We went with the discount which was supposed to be 50%

Yesterday we decided to use this discount so I called the branch and they had no note of the discount. They then said we'd already used it before as we only paid £6 for a pizza - that was actually us using our loyalty points for £10 and it was before we complained!

So the pizza arrived (full price) and the order was completely wrong. I called and told them 'It's wrong AGAIN!' I get no apology, just 'What is wrong with it?' They then send another pizza and take ours back to the store because 'they need to dispose of it' almost like being accused of trying to scam them out of a free pizza.

The pizza was disgusting. Really salty and not very fresh. I threw 3/4 of mine away and will never order from this branch again.
