We had an issue with Diamond finish after a few months.., but all sorted on warranty now with more dutiable power coat finish., 👍

Was there today the staff really went out of there way for me they went above and beyond to make sure the the job was done to perfection could not recomend this place enough. I got my alloy fixed and a new tyre fitted when all the companys that referbish alloys in the area told me this job would take days to do and there were a few that even told me this job couldnt be done as the alloy was too badly damaged. First aid tyres completed it in less then 2 hours a very big thank you to tobby and all the staff that helped me today. This place is well wortha visit.

The whole exchange process was easy to book and use on the day. Despite the torrential rain and being very busy, the staff were really nice and friendly. I dealt with Gosia who was very professional and lovely! Thanks to all of you :-)

Picked up my 19inch diamond cut alloys today and they look brand new! Cannot recommend highly enough - staff are very honest and helpful in the service they provide and to top it off they can provide temporary wheels whilst yours are being refurbished so you're not without your car.

Once again I have visited First aid wheels , who have carried out kerb damage repair / refurb on my 22" diamond cut gen 2 alloy from my Cayenne Turbo S . This company is fantastic , the level of perfection is off the scale , and everyone here is so nice and friendly . Gosia in the office is lovely , almost makes kerbing your wheels a pleasure !

My cls wheels were a mess and aside from being heavily buckled, aesthetically they were mangled!! Being diamond cut I wanted to make sure they were done to a high standard. After being told about FAW by my cousin I made the inquiry via Facebook and no sooner was the car booked and the wheels assed by Toby. From that point on Gosha kept me informed almost on a daily basis. I collected my wheels today and they are absolutely pristine, the service was superb from all departments. 11 out of 10 from me!! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!!

Just returned from these guys and was very impressed after having all 4 wheels on my A3 Quattro exchanged for a set of nice refurbished ones - they look like new!!! Staff were all friendly & helpful, had a nice tour of the facilities where they explain everything on offer and what else they could do for me. I highly recommend these guys to anyone requiring wheel repairs and will certainly return if i need their services again. Many thanks guys :)

I was there last Saturday for BMW MV2 alloy wheels exchange and I am really impressed with the service they provided, I found them on the ebay and they explained everything in advance when I was made the booking on the phone and they were very friendly and professional. The refurbished wheels I have got are amazing, just like new from the factory. You can also choose from different colours, I have the Shadow Chrome and it is awesome. The whole work was took only 40 minutes and it was cheaper than other companies full refurbishment where you need to give the car to them for a whole day, so I am highly recommend these guys if you are thinking any kind of wheel or tyre works. I live in Swindon, Wiltshire but travel to Heathrow & other airports so using the excellent exchange service, i drove in had a chat with Gossa the very efficient Lady in reception. I booked this in previously for the exchange so i knew that the wheels were there & ready. very quickly was seen waited around an hour or so i drove away. This company is the best that i have known for wheel refurbishment & i will be recommending all my Chauffeur colleagues. Very pleased 100% satisfaction. Been to FA Wheels a few times now, each time was given top service. Also the only wheel and tyre place that puts the centre caps back on the correct orientation, and throws in free ///M stickers for the alloys if available..

Absolutely fantastic service!!! I came down from Norfolk, when I got there it didn’t take long to be seen. My wheels were thoroughly assessed by a great guy called Stan. He’s awesome!! I ordered my wheels from Ebay, they looked ace and the pictures didn’t even do them justice. These guys are the real deal when it comes to wheel refurbishment and service. Couldn’t have left any happier! Thank you to the team at First Aid Wheels! � I’ll be visiting again!

I was booked in for refurbishment of 2 wheels, however on arriving, I was told another customer had taken the wheels



They managed to convince me to put on my spare wheel and taking one wheel for refurbishment - and promised to return it in 48 hours



I had to call several times, with multiple people telling me different stories when I finally learnt that they weren't going to be bringing me back my wheel as promised - and refused to let me speak to a manager a that point



The service was awful, their website doesn't allow you to give honest opinions about the service and you can't trust their service
