This time last week these were a necessity for me to get around, after picking up an injury! 7days later i'm back running classes, albeit with modifications and help from my trusty lot with demonstrations. Now don't get me wrong I need to be careful, but I do believe that my recovery will be aided by the fact I stay active, developing strong joints and muscles and working on flexibility. But with a full time job, 2 children and the usual family madness, it's the only time I can commit to me!

When Ang asked me to go I thought oh no boot camp (visions of army training), couldn't be more wrong, Donna was encouraging and really helpful with how to position yourself to get the best out of the exercise. Loved it!
My two girls loves zumba for kids on friday evening 6-7pm. They always want to come to my zumba classes, but they can't. So this is perfect for them. They get a little sweaty and they love it! Thanks Donna for this brilliant idea!

Love this, total beginner at this. Was so nervous but donna and the ladies were so friendly and offered advice and help, much to say now im working out 3 times a week ÔŅĹ looking forward to our next session
I never thought I would enjoy exercise! Donnas sessions are fantastic and you can tailor each exercise to your own ability. Always offers encouragement and wills you along to keep pushing yourself. Would highly recommend. If you want to tone and get fit in a fun and friendly environment then this is the boot camp for you.
Great sessions...never pushes you beyond your capability...but still challenges you. It's as much about enjoyment as it is getting fit!!

I've tried many fitness options over the years and Bootcamp sessions are the best way to get fit, learn about nutrition and have fun with friends ÔŅĹÔŅĹ
