Amazing service

Simply brilliant. I bought a ring online where the engraving hadn't come out well. I wanted to get it sorted but not other jewellers in Lancaster would help me. Firth's were so helpful with getting it sorted before I proposed, even though I hadn't bought the ring from them. Very reasonable prices for their workshop jobs as well. I would 100% recommend them, especially Charlotte and her excellent customer service. I won't be going anywhere else in the future!

They took my great nan's, my mum's and my ring and made them into a wedding ring for me.so pleased with result top service

i went in to ask if they was interested in valuating and even buying a classic gold watch or what the price the gold would be worth. they said the person that was the expert in that wasn't there at the moment but if i left it with them for a few days they would gladly look into it. i was in a bit of a rush to try other places so i thanked them and left but the lady who served me, a young blonde lady was very helpful and friendly and you even got a smile when you walked through the door off the other staff , you dont get that in many places! they seemed the sort of place where they are happy for people to pop in, even if you only have a few questions or just want to have a look at things. over all a nice visit and a friendly and helpful atmosphere

Excellent resizing service, didn't get to the right fit until the thrid time and the service was great without charging extra, it was superb experience no doubt.

Lovely jewellers & Excellent service. We have various items redesigned and loved the outcome, they tried their best to get the price as low as possible and we are greatfull. *****

so disappointed ......we asked the shop to design us a necklace and were told not a problem,

we were promised not once but twice that they would draw a few designs for us to look at from which we could chose a design

obviously we weren't that important of a customer to them and our money isnt good enough, as on both occasion we came away disappointing after being told they were still working on the design after nearly three weeks

then they lied to us about having done a couple of drawings but never showed us these ........even though we asked to see them they skated around the issue and tried to show us another piece of jewelry

we don't like people lying to us and I certainly wont be back ....
..
there are better jewelers in our opinion out there who understand how to give good customer service
