Great food. Fish are huge, opt for the smaller sized if you've a smaller appetite.

Great fish and chips, well organised team, pretty slick service.
Excellent range of items on their menu, would recommend with confidence.

The best cod and chips I have ever tasted so fresh and the prices are very reasonable.

Beautiful chip shop with possible the tastiest Haddock I have ever tasted.There are good value meal deals too and lovely staff on duty.

Don't usually leave reviews because generally I can't say 100% I would recommend the place to anyone. But here 'oh my god' it's gorgeous and GLUTEN FREE although you wouldn't know - hubby said mine tasted the same as his non gluten free option. This place is worth the trip from any where in a 20 miles radius lol I promise it's so yummy 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😍

So slow!!
Ordering when you enter can lead to a bit if a wait but it there's waiting and waiting even for small thing like scollops.
They are good fish and chips when you get them but far from cheap £1.70 for hardly any chips.

Massively overrated and I mean massively!!!!!!! Chips have no colour or flavour the fish is OK, it's definitely overpriced and been in Bridlington there are so many more and better places to try. I'm situated within walking distance of this fish shop and I'd still rather get in the car and go to a better one. Parking and it's location is also dreadful!!! To be avoided in my honest opinion!!! (edited) Also if you look at the contribution pictures you'll see the chips are so dull in colour.. And fish and chips should never be served in a box!! Award winning fish and chips, the award was in 2011! Living of past glories.. Don't believe the hype!!

Voted the best in the UK in 2011 and should be in 2016 and the new year of 2017 a wonderful place to eat a great meal if you enjoy fish and chips.

This place lives up to its reputation. Easily the best fish and chips in the area that I've tried anyway. I would even say the best I've ever had. Service friendly and quick. Parking is a bit of an issue at busy times but 149 is fantastic!
