Fish N Frolics Description
On the 21st - 23rd July 2017, Shipston Angling Club presented "Fish 'n' Frolics", an outdoor festival supported by 3 days of events at Shipston Sports Clubs including live bands, BBQ, beer festival, stalls, country games, displays and lots more! We are also encouraging young anglers by providing free coaching for those who who are interested.
Come check it out again in 2018 on the 20th - 22nd July! !

Hi All, Great 3 days of Fish n Frolics 2018. I hope you enjoyed the experience. The heat restricted how many photos I could travel about to collect but here are some from the final day. Congratulations to all those who won their section, beat their own personal record or come in the top 10 overall.

Only 4 more sleeps to Fish n Frolics! Yesterday we hit the magic number of 50 anglers booked in over the weekend. Aston Magna is now full but we have spaces for anyone still wishing to join in the event for 1 or 2 days at Seven Meadows and on the Stour.
Just a week to go! The draw for the 'Ulitmate Angler' is ready for you to view and organise your tackle accordingly! We will organise maggots, hemp and tares for you to purchase each day, at the early morning draw on site at the Sport Club. We hope also to have casters and worms available but please pre-ordering these if required. We would welcome the donation of any bottles for our "Alchofrolics Tombola' stall or the donation of a raffle prize. We can't predict the weather... but pack your sunscreen, umbrella, wind break, ski boots etc just in case!! Please share the draw with your angling mates, especially those not online. See you soon!!
