What a fantastic hotel! My husband and I stayed 4 nights here for our honeymoon and it was bliss! The room was incredible, with beautiful views and having the hot tub in the room made it very special. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and all the waiting staff were so lovely. We had a couples massage with hot stones which was the perfect way to start our mini break. All the little touches made it really great and we can’t wait to visit again x

Surprise spa day, afternoon tea and overnight stay for my mums 60th. Cannot thank staff enough for the experience. They even surprised my mum with chocolates, balloons and a birthday card in her room from all the staff � it’s the little things! Food was amazing! Spa treatment was amazing! We will definitely be back! Thank u!

Loved it here. I booked to treat my new fiance to a night away and we were so surprised by all the little treats and extras in our room to celebrate. The pool and sauna and jacuzzi were great so was breakfast and the bloody Marys! Thanks to everyone was just what we needed!

Just returned from a relaxing weekend celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcomed. The staff were so attentive especially nick in the restaurant where the food was amazing We had spa treatments my facial was amazing by sue. Our room was stunning with breath taking views with a balcony. Can’t wait to book our return trip.

I was whisked away to the Fistral Hotel for my 40th birthday weekend. Car park

was very busy, however it was free parking , on the road, so this was fine. Arrived to a nice welcome drink and easy check in to our room. My partner had arranged some nice balloons, chocs and fun novelty glasses. The team had written me a lovely birthday message which was a very nice touch. Room was spacious and beds good. The only negative I have was the view we had from our room. This looked onto the roof, when my partner had actually booked a sea view. ( booked through a third party). Continental breakfast good. I opted for the poached egg, avocado and soda bread, however for 1 slice , I do think the £15.95 was a bit expensive, but nice all the same, and service was good. We did have a disturbance with baby seagulls, which the hotel staff were very reactive and helped to defuse the noise. We slept very well on the 2nd night �Spa, treatments, superb. Definitely worth a visit. Will definitely be back to the Fristal Hotel. We had a fabulous time x

I came away on my own for 3nights. Great hotel and spa. Book early as can be busy. Upgraded to a sea view was worth it. Lovely views and a ten minute walk to the centre. Food was good but the service at times was slow. Worth paying for breakfast and evening meals. Will be back!!

3rd stay at the Fistral Beach Hotel and once again we loved it! All the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. The spa facilities are great (I had a two hour treatment to die for!!) and sea view rooms are stunning. Get one with a balcony if you can!!

Breakfast is tasty and the cocktails are lush. The little details really make this hotel stand out. Credit for returning custom to use, fridge in the room, fresh milk for hot drinks on request, robes and slippers, refreshments for leaving and the welcome messages and chocolates for celebrating special occasions.

The only thing I'd love to see change is the use of single use plastics like straws in drinks. Especially being near the coast, sea pollution is a hot topic and it would be great to see Fistral Beach Hotel leading the way in reducing waste. They already do a few things such as the fresh milk option, real cups in the bathrooms and glass water bootles in the fridge. Already doing more then some other hotels! �

We stayed here to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. All staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive, food was very nice in Dune restaurant and we were even presented which choc truffles to celebrate our anniversary at the end of meal. Gorgeous sea view and spa facilities were fab. My only issue was the fact two beds had been pushed together and therefore causing a slight dip in the middle. This let it down. Otherwise very pleasant weekend

This hotel is lovely, me and my husband had a lovely weekend getaway here. We paid for the be relaxed package which includes one night stay in the hotel a treatment in the spa, evening meal in the dune restaurant and breakfast.

My overall experience was good I liked it but for the money I paid to stay here I wasnt 100% happy with everything when really I should have been.

I didn't have a lot of choice in the dune restaurant for the evening meal as I am vegetarian and I could only see a couple of options on the menu but they kindly made me something off the bar menu instead.



When we went to check out we were quite shocked to be told we have a bill. They had tried to charge us for our evening meal so my husband said we thought the evening meal was included in the package and price of our stay? They dropped the charges after we brought it up with them but we have left the hotel feeling very disappointed and unhappy in fact don't think we will stay again as it was extremely expensive for what it was!



I will be waiting for the £70 drinks deposit to go back into my account they make you pay when you arrive

If I don't receive within 5working days I will be kicking up I am feeling very unsatisfied but the hotel its self is lovely especially with the sea view but they are very money grabbing which ruined it for me and I won't be back for that one reason.
