Come and join us for an hour every Thursday. We make exercise fun and accessible for all ages and fitness levels. You can bring your children so no childcare needed, all for £1
Our aim is to help our local community with an affordable and fun way to keep fit.
We Also offer advice on nutrition and healthy living and wellbeing.
