I tried out the Fit20 concept, feeling a little bit sceptical, however, it was really challenging and definitely gave you the wobbly work out limbs! I've woken up this morning feeling like i've had a huge work out in the gym, but it was only 20 minutes!

You don't even have to get changed, I had my winter boots on in a gym!! Honestly, take 20 minutes out of your day and book in for your own PT session. You have to try it to believe it.
