Today's mindset...
Testing for the new Warrior Program reminds me of how far I need to push myself (and others) to get the results that I want - this one is definitely not for the faint hearted!!
Well done to everyone that has trained this week and continue to refuse to accept the mediocrity associated with taking the easy route.

25° outside means it's time to ditch the studio and do something Richard actually enjoys!
Having spent the last few months establishing neurological links to his dominant foot to correct Metatarsus adductus - its now time to rewire his 'football brain' (one the perks of having a coach that also coaches football 😂) ...
The correctional work that we've done means that the foot is now in a completely different position which affects movement, ball control and striking. So, now... its time to work with the ball to improve performance when Richard represents the NUFC Cerebral Palsy team!
Focus today was on first touch, passing and receiving in the ☀.
