Sepsis in the news again!

Love the people and the advice. Struggled with squats due to hip problems but Linda persevered and am now bending down in the right way for Life!!! Would highly recommend for all ages.

Joining Linda's Pilates class has been one of the best things I've done........... fitness and fun!!!!!

In 2015 I wrote the following:

'I first injured my back in 1995 and in the intervening 20 years have experienced a few more episodes, some more painful than others (e.g. herniated discs). X-rays, CT scans, painkillers and physiotherapy became almost a way of life. I was advised to try Pilates. I wish I'd known about this 20 years ago! My core strength has increased a great deal. I feel more toned and my posture has improved. All these factors help me to manage my back without recourse to painkillers which were beginning to upset my stomach.

I now regard my weekly Pilates session as an inexpensive medical insurance policy, but also as an enjoyable means of useful exercise'.



Two years on, I still enjoy and benefit from my weekly sessions. I feel fitter and stronger at 60 than I did at 40! The supreme Fit4Life team of teachers, all fully qualified, using a good range of apparatus, deliver lessons differentiated to each individual's needs.

I have been going to Mark Leah’s Pilates class for 6 years since my spinal fusion surgery and never looked back ! It’s the best exercise for core stability and mobility of all joints. I can’t believe how pain free I am since attending this regular class .Mark is an awesome teacher and recognises individual needs plus making it challenging and fun 👌🏼

I have been attending pilates at fit4life for the past few months and am loving it! Linda and everyone there are so welcoming and friendly. I have also tried a few of the other classes too which have all been fab (and hilarious at times thanks to my lack of co-ordination!). Would really recommend for all ages and abilities.
