POSTURE! ๐คฐ๐ป Having the correct posture is vital during pregnancy it helps to keep the abdominal muscles switched on and prevents lower back pain! The best posture is one that moves often but when standing concentrate on bringing your body into the correct alignment.. (unlike the pregnant lady emoji ๐คฐ๐ป- who appears to have rounded shoulders ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ๐!)

New mum workout, this video shows the reality of training with a baby. In fact this baby is always pretty amazing, most of the breaks taken were actually in-between sets.

๐ป... โIt will NOT be perfect โ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ โYou will be more tired than you have ever been โ๏ธ๐ซ โYou will need to bring almost half your babies belongings โ๏ธ๐ โMost babies take a poo within 5 minutes of arriving ๐๐โ๏ธ โMost sessions will be interrupted regularlyโ๏ธ
But... you WILL feel GREAT after, you need time for YOU. You will feel better and STRONGER. Core exercises will help your abs heal and reduce lower back pain. There's no such thing as timed rest during different exercises. You take however long you need to care for your baby! I am here to SUPPORT you every single step of the way. I believe YOU can do it, I'm just here to make it a little easier! Your bodies has gone through incredible changes, you need to be kind to yourself and make slow gradual changes to help improve YOU!

Just want to say a HUGE thankyou to Charlotte! I started the 10 week program when I was 6 weeks post natal. At first I was a little nervous as I didn't know what to expect. The first session was relatively easy compared to the exercise I was doing pre-pregnancy, so I felt very comfortable and was given lots of information on safe exercises I could do. Gradually the exercises became more challenging, but it was in line with my progression, so after each session I really felt a sense of achievement. What I loved the most was that I could take my daughter along with me, without this service I don't know whether I would have been able to do all the sessions. During the 10 weeks I lost 9lbs in weight and felt so much better, my abdominal strength had improved and I finally felt confident enough to get back in the gym.
