To whom this may concern, Tonight was the first time I used this taxi company. I was truly impressed by the performance and quality of the staff. I first spoke to andrea at 9.50am 02/10/19 to ask about quotes for a cab after my friends Halloween party. At 2.30 pm I called back and booked the taxi with the same polite lady. At 00.05am when I noticed the time I went to the front door and I missed the cab I had booked for midnight. I noticed numerous amounts of missed calls. I c...alled the cab company and spoke to Julia and she was lovely and got my cab back out to me. On my way home in the cab driver 51 was so lovely and polite, I spoke about my kids he spoke about his. Being new to this area I appreciate the kindness and comforting nature of all the staff. I lost my parents and wanted a fresh start and having been in contact with lovely people has made me feel some what comforting. Thanks s.rodgers, dedham x
