Wow just read a review on here from a percefiani probably spelled wrong, poor food quality ?.... wow, best burgers I have tasted, Yes you can go to burger king or McD's and pay less, but I am happy to pay for a great quality burger and 5 guys burgers are second to none, yes ok the fries are pricey but they don't force you to buy them. I used to go to Burger king often, but 5 guys opened and thought I'd give it a go, wow 8.95 for a bacon cheese burger...pricey, ate it, worth every penny.

Would recomend the bacon and cheese dog and cajun fries. Yummi scrummi yum

Went here for a date night pricy but worth every penny literally the best burgers we ever had and I happly munched the chips and I'm not a huge chip fan plus the milkshakes were amazing we will definitely be going again :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to five guys today, the staff were very friendly and helpful as to what to order. I thought it was a bit expensive at first but the amount of fries you get were perfect for sharing anyway and everything was delicious! And thanks for my little girls milkshake she loved it!

Me and my daughter love it I've been before with my son he loved it to but the price is high but we think it's better than mcds and burger king at least you can do it your way than have a standard menu � sweet

If you're expecting a 5 star resteraunt then you may well be very disappointed. Why then have I given it 5 stars? Because it does exactly what it says on the tin. It delivers top quality fast food, delivered with a smile. Yes, it's more expensive than the run of the mill high street burger restaurants, but, the ingredients used are far superior. The fries are cooked to perfection using locally sourced potatoes. Will definitely be going back again!

Always wary of the fad style Americana Diners but I have to say.....5 Guys is excellent. Freshly cooked and prepared with a choice of 15 toppings which were also freshly prepped.



Good advice from the young operator.....the potatoes for their delicious fries are sourced from UK farms and the farm is named; the young operator certainly knew his products and advised well.



All staff were attentive and helpful, even the cleaner offered to show me how to use the touch pad drinks machine; really lovely touch.



Food was hot and tasty.



Might be a bit more than your intended budget, however, a visit will not disappoint and for the size of the portions it is well worth the extra few quid.

We came tonight for the first time and both of us really enjoyed it.We had cheese burgers and fries.The fries were lovely so tasty. It was a little bit pricy for what it was and the restaurant was a bit messy with burger papers all over the place.Would still come back some other time though.

Refill drinks are handy due to quite salty chips!

Expensive but so worth it one of them treats you have every once in a while!

Toilets could be in an easier place like! Bit of a trek to get to them! But they are clean and tidy.

Being able to watch the food being made and how fast they work is so amazing!

Rating you at a 4 due to the maze to get to the loo!

Five Guys is an ok place to eat. I could not fault the food but the wait and getting it in a brown bag put me of a bit.

Can't fault it for what it does - great to have exactly what you want on the burger and nothing else. The fries are great too!

I love the hamburgers the portion of chips for £4.50 was a total rip off supposed to cater for four to five people they don’t even cater for two!!!!

Good food but place was ridiculously busy (good for business!!!) and organised chaos at the collection point. The place isn't big enough when such a large volume of customers show up!

Food was average compared to cost. Excellent service though. Friendly staff and speedy with orders. Just VERY over priced. Would be great to see chicken burgers on the menu. Went with partner and 3 kids, kid's choice. Nothing on the menu for me as I don't eat burgers or hot dogs. As no chicken burgers on the menu I made do with a regular fries for £4! Not worth the money

Burgers are great (would score higher) but at least today the music was so loud I couls hardly hear the staff enough to order, let alone have a chat while sitting. It’s uncomfortable.

The food is too pricey for what you get! You could spend the same amount of money for a high quality meal at a pub! A fiver for "large" fries which was not large at all and was soooo salty! I am giving them two stars instead of just one because when I complained about the salt in the fries they were quite apologetic and happy to offer a replacement. Might I add the music was very loud made me dislike the place even more. Overall good customer service and friendly staff, but overpriced & poor food quality...

Burgers are overpriced and undersized. Not that tasty. Chips are okay.

Small portions that are greasy and way overpriced .

Ate here for the first time today. My hotdog was so greasy it made me sick .

Bet the staff earn less an hour than the cost of a meal too.

Save your money & visit New York . The real deal is 💯 better. 😔
