This was my first visit to a five guys and would recommend it, we really enjoyed it. The burgers were fantastic and as you were eating it all the meat juices dripped out. The fries were great and you got enough for four of you. One thing I liked was the huge choice of different drinks you could get and have been told that the milkshakes are a must but didn't try one on this visit. The staff were so friendly and cheerful, and were very helpful when it came to ordering our food. Price on par with GBK but this was much more value for money

The offered food is awesome...no question about that! The staff is great too. We weren't sure what kind of sauce we should choose, so the cashier offered us three samples of sauces and some fries to taste it. This is what I call excellent costumer service! Thank you guys! Way to go.

The best team and best cheeseburger

Proper, tasty burgers. Not your average high street type of generic tasteless rubbish, but juicy, tasty deliciousness.

Be warned, not healthy/diet food though.

Popped in for a cheeky burger and fries on the way to the theatre, as you do. Went for the bacon cheese burger and spicy fries - superb, one of the best burgers I've had, although should have gone small, but I soldiered on and it set me up perfectly for the show.

User

Omg!!!! Best burger I've ever tasted! Such a great idea picking what goes in it. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back! Service was lovely too!!

User

Oh the joy of burger eating just got better. At first my eyes departed my skull at the prices but on reflection it was well worth it. The large portion of fries is... massive; the burgers delicious and a wide range of toppings available. Fantastic milk shakes and great music too. We enjoyed our feast whilst listening to the delights of Pearl Jam & old school Chili Peppers amongst other superb tunes. We will certainly be returning to a Five Guys, not necessarily this month, but certainly in the near future! 🤘🤘🤘🍔

First visit to five guys ever. I went to five guys on Villiers st in London ystdy. Got to say I was very impressed. Really good and polite service from all the staff, which means a lot to me. Variety of drinks available were very good also.

Toilets were pristine, something else I consider to be very important. Infact I would say they were the cleanest tidiest toilets I saw during the whole weekend trip. Well done.

User

Bit pricey but as many toppings as you want at no extra cost. Delicious burgers and chips (someone in the reviews said the chips were too salty, we added salt because they weren't quite salty enough!) and the milkshakes were probably the best I've had. Very clean, quick service and polite staff.

User

Amazing yummy juicy burger and real fries. Not great for my diet but hey ho 😊

User

Wouaw :D so much drinks and the burger was excellent (especially because you can choose what's inside !)

The best french fries in Europe, and very nice staff.

A little bit expansive, that's why I don't note 5.

User

That is a mighty fine burger! Simples. Custom made with your choice of toppings and a lake of fries.

User

Popped in for lunch with my daughter, her choice, and we had a great lunch. We only do five guys as a treat as its expensive - fabulous but costly.

User

It was pleasant . they don't "do meals" so don't ask if they do ...... I did ask and was rather frowned on ,however you don't know until u ask eh? Burger (all ways ...everything on ) lovely . mushroom, jalapeño ,onion, etc shot in with a gun it seems ..... However all represented . spicy fries (small) great portion .... Milk shake OK ... Bit overpriced at £4.95 ... Maybe my ignorance at what they actually "do" and asking the question and the answer given ,spoilt my enjoyment .... However ... Try it out ... :) Ive been honest in my review . I possibly will return .

User

Good but not as good as Five Guys in the USA! Smaller patties and WAY less chips (fries), much less bang for your Pound then your Buck.

User

Nice burger but wish there were size representations in the menu. You avoid little portions thinking their for children but they aren't. I had a portion of fries and the same amount thrown into the bag. Plus it's not cheap and I had to stand and wait five minutes for the food to be passed over.

Firstly I'd like to say that I am a huge Five Guys fan and usually visit the Bluewater (UK) or Annapolis Mall (US) branches.

However this trip to the Charing Cross branch was very disappointing.

My partner and I orders our usual orders.

Bacon Burger, extra bacon and BBQ sauce

Hamburger, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and BBQ sauce

Regular Peanut salted Fries (as you know these are definitely a sharing portion after ordering two on our very first. Is it we soon learnt you only need one)

But despite our usual order we did not get the usual standard of Five Guys. Both burgers where squashed and messy and the buns were stodgy with grease which is not normally the case, there was hardly any Bacon in the bacon burger let alone extra... and the thinnest spread of BBQ sauce I have eve seen!

Even the fries were disappointing at £4.35 a portion you don't mind paying normally as the generous portion size is enough for two! Well we had the smallest portion I have ever seen it barley filled the paper cup!!

Thoroughly disappointed Five Guys... you need to up your have to match other branches in the chain so as not to let your regulars down!

First visit. I don't know how it works!

Ordered, went to loo, came back, waited, waited, orders numbered higher than mine were called. Enquired. Order sitting on warmish area above chips. Cheeseburger - warm. Cheese reforming into solid and stick to foil. Chips - warm.

My fault for going to loo and food being fast. Staff did say they would redo food if warm, but the moment had passed.

Probably last visit.

User

Food is good but the staff are just plain rude!!! They got the order wrong not once but twice and were so rude about it that I will never return. Too bad
