Visited here around an hour ago today for some dinner with a friend.

As I got to the middle of the burger I saw it was very pink in the middle so I spoke to a member of staff and he immediately apologised and got me another on order.

I just want to say how great the customer service was in this place.

Having worked in restaurants for 9 years as both a waiter and manager I couldn’t fault the way my issue was handled

User

These burgers are amazing and the fries are excellent too with a drink that you can keep topping up aswell

User

Love this place best burger bar around 👍

Like every one I have been to, the while experiance is great. The fries are awesome and even a small portion is still quite a lot. The burger with cheese and bacon and all the little extras are to die for and bottomless drinks your way is cool. Free monkey nuts is a nice little extra as they are nice. Fresh food all the time. As mentioned below by others the prices are a bit more than other fast food places but you get what you pay for. Too be honest most places serving burgers in a restaurant environment charge about the same and dont make as good a burger. I have even tried a tripple burger and was obviously styffed for the day! So 5 stars to 5 Guys for a great effort all round everytime !!!!!

Great value for money. Milkshakes to die for and the cajun chips are amazing. Upto 15 different toppings on the burger for free and different combo milkshakes..whats not to like.

Five guys is not a McDonald's it's a proper burger restaurant. Burgers awesome. Fries to die for. No matter where in the world u go u get the same experience. Not cheap but good food seldom is. U get what u pay for and this is very very good

User

Amazing well worth the little bit of extra money I can happily say I won't be visiting bk again with this place open in Exeter now! The patties are fresh and the fries are the best!! Amazing!! Cheers Five Guys!

User

Thought I'd give it a go, was shocked at the price...£15.95 for a cheese burger, fries and a shake!! I did enjoy it mind you, but at that price I dunno if I'd go again

There is a good nightlife in Exeter but Five Guys continues to stand out as being one of the best most exciting clubs. It's dual room layout with a change in music from room to room makes it a place where everyone can enjoy bolting a few VKs and watching mates try their hardest to find a girl who will just say yes to their ginger selves.

User

Pretty expensive, but very tasty, almost comparable to sticking your big toe into a kettle after it has been boiled before shovelling an ants nest into your armpit and crawling around on the floor shouting "I'm not Theresa May!"

The taste is better than lego though. Must try.

First time of visiting I enjoyed the burger it was nice to have what toppings you want and the Cajun chips were delicious didn’t buy a drink thought £5 for a milk shake was too expensive

User

Good shakes and fries! The burger is pretty good but I’ve had better. Think the whole place is completely over priced. I’ve tried it now! Was a good time but not worth the money 👌 doubt I will go again

User

At £8.95 just for a burger and having to pay extra for fries, it's very expensive! I also didn't understand being an American diner style, they don't serve coffee AT ALL.

I had no faults with service or my food, the fries are the best I've tasted and at least they serve it with crispy bacon, not like you get in other fast food chains. I have to say though, it tastes pretty much the same as a Burger King. I wanted to try it, so I did, but unfortunately for that price it's not worth it!

User

Yes the burgers are ok, but being served a lukewarm burger with pre frozen jalapeños and a soggy bun for £9 without chips is dumb, I might as well of eaten at the burger van down the road.. but hey at least the cola was drinkable!

User

Waaaaaay to expensive for just a burger and fries. Burger King is far better, these Burgers taste just like something you would buy from a van at a fair. For the cost I was expecting amazing things, the milkshakes are nice but again, far to expensive for what it is.

Can say I've been but won't ever be visiting again.

User

Sorry but £32 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks is just too much ... sure it was nice, but nothing special and just not worth it! The chips alone were over a tenner! Glad I tried it but will never return ... was planning my kids birthday party here but now will look elsewhere! Oh - and seems like the prices on the board don't include VAT so prepare yourself for an extra 20%. Rip off!!!

User

Over £68 for 2 adult burgers 2 smaller ones a hot dog, 3 portions of fries and drinks, wasn't any different to burger king except alot more expensive, only positive was no queue and food served quickly but at the prices charged I'm not surprised the establishment was empty, won't be returning as just too expensive.

In Exeter where we are spoiled for choice and burger quality is great this place will struggle long term. Price is high end most I've paid. 2 adults and 1 child over £40! I admit the chips were good and bottomless soft drinks with lots of variety was a nice touch but the burgers let it down. Soft buns squished in the foil the meat wasn't that great and although we picked our favourite toppings we weren't wowed. Most expensive McDonald's and very underwhelmed overall. Exeter has the best burger choice for miles around. HubBox still ranks number 1 it beats Five Guys in price and taste.
