Further to reports on social media today, we can confirm that we had a fire on our premises last night around 10.06pm.
Of which Oswestry Fire brigade and police were in attendance. We would like to thank them very much, for arriving on the scene very promptly and limiting the damage to our premises, and for all of their help with their investigations.
... Thankfully we can confirm that no one was injured as a result of the fire.
Thank you to everyone for their kind messages of support, at what is a very distressing time for our family, staff and neighbours.

Two very poor experiences. Poor workmanship and even worse communication skills! Despite having my vehicle back in to re-repair the work carried out and also work initially missed when in the workshop, the quality of the finish is still below average (I'm not sure who lines up the panels when repairing and/or the quality control). In addition to this on two occasions I've had to repair a number of faults on my car's return. In my view their lifetime guarantee is worthless if you can't fix the vehicle properly in the first place. Would never use again, even if they are some insurance firms first choice in the area.

My car was taken here for an insurance estimate; it was subsequently written off and I didn't see it again. Despite numerous requests, I have never had returned numerous items from the car including an expensive drinking bottle, spare bulbs kit, and a mobile phone. Not impressed with (dis)honesty.



Sent a letter with Royal mail to the managing director of this company - never acknowledged! Great.

If you would like your vehicle to be sat in their workshop for 2 months for shoddy work then this is the place for you. The door they repaired didn’t seal properly, and not a single panel gap was consistent, after only a couple of months the swing stop pulled out of the pillar they rebuilt as it was bolted in using a rivet nut!!! So back in it went for 3 weeks only for them to tell us it was our own fault their repair couldn’t stick everyday use. This is the most useless and unproductive company we have ever used and you couldn’t pay us any amount to use them again!
