What a year this has been for Fix Auto Weston Super Mare!!
We congratulate Ugnius Geriksonas & Vladislavs Skvorcovs for completing their MET qualifications to become Senior Technicians, Luke Cannock for completing his Vehicle Damage Assessor qualification and manager Jade Rogers for winning the Manager of the Year award.
We welcomed new recruits Phil Holman - Senior Panel Technician, Harley Pike - Customer Service Advisor & Harrison Norris - Apprentice Paint Technician.
... We made the decision to convert our sister company St Georges Garage to a Fast Track centre retaining the staff throughout the process, we are pleased to welcome John Clements, Dan Hurman, Chris Sterland & Ricardo Bringham into the team at Fix Auto.
We have invested in Lane Assist Calibration equipment to keep up with the ever changing technology on todays vehicles.
We have seen over 2500 repairs throughout the year.
We sponsored Locking Park F.C - giving a little bit back to the local community.
We have an annual Net Promotor Score of 70.14 thanks to the responses of our lovely customers in their post repair satisfaction surveys.
These are just a few of the highlights from the year.
As 2016 draws to a close we are looking forward to what 2017 will present us with, 2016 is going to be a hard year to beat!

In June we made the decision to close our sister Company St Georges Garage and convert it to a fast track centre in order to alleviate capacity issues here at Fix Auto WSM.
The conversion is now complete with the installation of two commercial ovens and we are opening for business on 1st September 2016.

A few snaps of our team enjoying a BBQ lunch treat in the sunshine to celebrate the achievement of Manager Jade Rogers who has been selected as a finalist in the Bodyshop Manager of the year awards - Exciting times!!

After much consideration our lovely Catherine has sadly decided to leave us in order to pursue a new venture in a different industry. Great opportunity for you Catherine, although you will be missed by our staff and customers!!
