Great experience. They are polite, professional, clear about costs and I was very happy with the repair of my laptop.

I got quick replies by email so I could explain the problem, and they were clear about how costs would work. I brought them my laptop and had a discussion with them. They then checked it over and contacted me to give me a quote for repair. I agreed and they arranged the replacement parts and repair pretty quickly (a couple of weeks due to getting replacement parts). Costs were reasonable and exactly as agreed. Really impressed all round.

I have used FIX IT on several occasions. I have very little knowledge on hardware or software and they have always resolved things and got my devices working perfectly. This time was due to liquid being spilled on a work laptop. They sorted it and I am very happy. Will continue to use them
