Has poor knowledge in fixing high spec bike. One of thier staff seems to be unhappy whenever there is a customer who wants their bike fixed, that particular time and day this staff seems to be in a hurry all the time. His work by the way is terrible, appalling. The way he fix my bike was a joke, quite low standard it was so poor the mechanic in a respectable shop who has only garnered 3 star was mocking at his work. I wonder why they got a 5 star. this particular staff has a poor customer relation too, not a care in the world. I think all he does is a quick fix and the outcome is poor leaving unsatisfied customer in a terrible state.

After having my bike for three years, I finally got around to servicing it. I got my bike back in perfect condition. It did take longer than usual as they could not immediately source the brake pads for my outdated system, however they kept me updated (they phoned me!!) throughout the whole process.

FMB staff are very friendly and are always happy to answer your queries. I'm definitely returning there for my biking needs.

Took my Kuota in with a clicking noise, I'd tried everything.
Dropped bike off at 9.30 had a call at 12 saying ready to collect. Had been stripped, cleaned, greased, tested, the works.
FMB were recommended to me by another fireman mate. Been using them for 2 years now and won't go anywhere else.

Enthusiastic and passionate staff, fix your bike with no dodgy business! Wide range of bikes/scooters etc couldn't fault them did a fantastic job on my bike which other shops said they couldn't fix!
