Fixed4Sport is a private sports rehabilitation company based in Canary Wharf.

The reason why I started Fixed4Sport in the first place was because I wanted to provide answers and solutions to an individual’s injury. Too often we get sucked into the latest training program or foam rolling tool to get rid of an injury using Google, taking painkillers and simply wasting time visiting your GP only to end up feeling like no one truly understands what’s wrong or have given you things to do that would help.
Fast forward to nearly 6 years now, we have helped hundreds of people move and feel better every day due to our really simple way of explaining what is going, why that has happened and most importantly how can we resolve the problem.

What excites me and my team is working together with the client and getting to the real root of the problem and then showing them exactly how to overcome that injury that they have had for so long.
