Aaron at flakes is awesome. We asked flakes to provide fish and chips for 53 people for a charity event. Aaron and team were fab. They were really helpful and accommodating. The food was delivered on time, it was hot and tasty. Everyone was delighted. We can't thank them enough.

Great 'hard food' for the cold weather. Good veggie options - try the Quorn sausages in batter! And you can get a salad.

The food is ok, chips are just very dry and hard as if they've been sat there all day :/

Normally amazing service, Rachel has left and now its completely changed. Awful service, not given correct items and when I questioned it I was told I was wrong, menu completely backed what I was saying.... The lads are on point but unfortunately the newbies are awful.
