... A huge shout out to @flashbacklondon in London. Showing amazing customer service. For those who haven’t shopped for records in London. It’s fairly common practice to remove the record from its original sleeve in record shops. So the sleeve gets filed in the record bins and it’s vinyl is carefully stored behind the counter in a protective sleeve. Largely to prevent theft and mid handling of the record itself. Flashback records in Shoreditch is a shop who puts that method into practice. I spent plenty of time in their shop being close to my Air BnB and also my mate Pete Fowler’s studio. I think I bought about a dozen records from them on my trip last month... Imagine my disappointment when I got home to Canada and noticed two of the records were not the correct ones. Gutted. I messaged them and within days the proper records were in the post head to me (on their dime). Thanks very much to the staff over their for a quick remedy to my problem... ps.
