Hi, to the Members of Upton, as you may know an estate agent board was put up on the building on 17/05/2016 showing that the building was up for sale as a whole, but just to clarify before this blows out of proportion the building is up for sale according to the landlord but NOT THE RESTAURANT as we have a legal contract with the landlord. This therefore means Flava is not going anyway and will be continuing as usual Thank you From the Management at Flava

Wednesday 17th Feb. The restaurant helped to raise £329 during our annual Charity Night. This money was raised for Ruth Gibbs who workes with disabled children of Uganda. We are very greateful to be able to help and wish Ruth all the best with her ventures this year.

such lovely food - staff tried really hard to keep up with the really busy weekend of the Blues Festival and they did a great job. The food is amazing and worth a trip to Upton just to try it.
Wonderful tasty food, good quick service, lovely relaxing atmosphere
Always have a lovely meal here, 5 star hygiene rating and absolutely brilliant service. The overall feel of the restaurant is also very nice.
