booked in for a wash and blow dry right at the last min with Amber (on my bday too so was lucky!!)

she did a great job and gave me a wavy look which stayed in the next day too

very friendly staff who make you feel welcome and very modern and clean inside

also I managed to get some strip eyelashes whilst I was there and just what I needed

Walked in nervous at the start, being a brand new customer, but I’ve walked out today, completely over whelmed with the results and the warm friendly greeting I received.



Lauren is a delight, very honest and explained everything that was happening and always made me feel reassured.

Walked in a super nervous new customer as I’ve never left a hairdressers before feeling happy. Got my hair done by Amber and she was so so lovely, really felt like she was listening to what I said and took on board what I was wanting. Everyone was so friendly and can’t wait to get my hair done again, it looks amazing thank you! x

Visited flawless today after recommendations from a few friends. I’m always nervous having my hair cut incase it gets messed up, but Ashley listened to exactly what I wanted and I love it. I asked for a little bit took off, and thank god I just got a little bit took off! Colour looks amazing too. I was in there 4 hours too, nothing was rushed! Will definitely return x

New client, was recommended by a friend! I walked into my appointment with Lauren and told her I was having an identity crisis � I’d had my hair the same for 4 years. We walked through different colours and cuts to get a vision we was both happy about! I went from long blonde ombré to loosing 7 inches and have 3 different copper tones! I love my hair and Lauren was amazing! She cut my hair inch by inch to make sure I happy with the cut at each stage as I was nervous about loosing to much length! Been wanting my hair doing (cut and colour) for some time but wanted to go somewhere that my mother and I had observed and produced well. Was really happy with the service and the fact they managed to squeeze me in the next day for a cut and colour was amazing! All the ladies were really nice and friendly and the experience was very good. I will be returning soon when my hair is ready again! P.S if anyone is reading this and going for a colouring “GET A PATCH TEST”��
