**BOOKING TERMS- Please read**
You will be required to pay a NON REFUNDABLE deposit on booking your appointment with us, with no exceptions.
You may reschedule an appointment with at least 24hrs notice, otherwise your deposit is lost. Late cancellations are difficult to fill, and result in hours of our valuable time going to waste. If you cancel twice without exceptional circumstances, your deposit will be also be lost, and a new deposit must be paid to re-book. Any rebooking... must be scheduled within a month of the original booking.
It is very difficult for us to price tattoos accurately by a picture, as the image you send us might be 2 inches or 10 inches, outline, black & grey or colour! There are many factors. We cannot possibly price or guess how long it will take to complete a sleeve.
Please respect that this is an art and it takes time, often many hours. Designs are done in order of appointment date (not how long ago you booked) and at busy times they may not be ready until the day of your appointment. It’s recommended you choose an artist who’s particular style you like, so you get a design that you will love. Tweaks to designs can usually be accommodated on the day.

I had my cartilage, Tragus and eyebrow pierced on Friday, excellent service all round lovely people. Very good customer service and very helpful people. Had my first appointment with Kelly back in may 2017 I had thin brows nice shape but wanted to ditch the Dailey struggle of eyebrow pencils, I wanted a fuller brow with a nice arch Kelly listened and advised and we went for it , I left in love with my brows shocked to see I finally had some brows but amazing , Had my second top up with Kelly Who sharpened them up and touched up where she felt needed soooo pleased with the results , had so many compliments how good and natural they look people can’t believe their tattooed , couldn’t be happier , I would recommend this procedure and Kelly Who not only listens to you but advises you for Best results / shape / colour and after care and the results are amazing , I will use Kelly again and again and will be in for top ups to keep my eyebrows on fleek , can’t thank you enough �

Fantastic!! Beautifully clean place. Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Kelly has a huge knowledge base, she's an amazing talented artist,and will give you a very honest opinion. She's listens carefully to what exactly you want and what your expectations are, at your consultation before starting treatment . During treatment she constantly advises you of what she's doing and checks that you are comfortable, she works at a pace that you are happy with and is very gentle. No negatives at all. Current writing this review whilst having my 3rd tattoo done by Jordon. Absolutely incredible work and attention to detail. Will design you what you want and make sure your happy. All the staff are very nice and welcoming. Feels sorta like a home away from home type of feeling.
