Lovely cosy country pub. Enjoyed a nice pint here during a ramble around this beautiful area. Nice friendly staff. Enjoyable.
Fleece in is a great little village pub with brilliant staff and friendly locals. We visited a couple of times while staying at Wolds Edge Lodges and were made to feel very welcome.
Sunday lunch was faultless. Very good service. X

A lovely pub in a beautiful village just outside Pocklington. A good bar with many choices and a pool table. The food is freshly prepared with plenty of choice. Generous portions. Daily specials board. Friendly staff. Beer garden and parking.
I did a circular country walk with friends starting and ending near the pub. Popped in for a pint before we came home. Large and well presented beer garden, friendly and attentive staff, and good value for money (I can't speak for the food as we only had a drink, but the bar was full of people eating so I presume that it must have been good.

I had a lovely stay at the fleece inn and treated very well during my stay. It had clean rooms that were tidied very well for my return back to the room. The food was lovely and so was the Ale. The owners are lovely people and will definitely return when I'm back up to that part of the country.
Friendly service, lovely Sunday roast! Best gravy and Yorkshire pudding.
