amazing location in a georgian house, it has a michelin starred chef!! and is part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, excellent services and very close to the shopping area, decadent restaurants & fine bars! GO!

Went my mum for an afternoon tea. Amazing surroundings, great tea and tasty sweets and sandwiches. But most of all, really friendly and extremely kind staff. Definitely 5 stars from me.

We have stayed at Flemings a few times and are always welcomed back as if we are a part of the family.

Each and everyone of the staff are amazing. The rooms are comfortable and exceptionally well maintained. Housekeeping do a superb job.

The hotel is also perfectly located.

To us Flemings stands out from the rest with their personal touch and the 1st class service their staff provide.

We cannot wait to return once again.

We Stayed at Flemings last night for the first time and couldn't fault anything at this hotel. The rooms and hotel are gorgeous and the bar so cosy with great cocktails. On arrival we were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was stunning! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, we didn't want to leave! Will definitely be returning. Fabulous hotel in a great location!

Warmest of welcomes from the German male on reception. I arrived extremely early (11am) but a room was available. I received a free upgrade and was introduced to a lovely bellboy who not only took time to show me around the hotel's facilities (this was my first stay) but helped me to me room with luggage and explained all amenities.



The room 102 was perfectly formed. The quality of furniture, fixtures and fittings are beautiful. We had a shower rather than bath and toiletries are Elemis. Good quality bed linen and aircon was great.



The only things (if i be super picky) I suggest is cleaning outside of bedroom windows and the room could benefit from a foldaway luggage rack as you need to sit your cases on the bed as the furniture tops are too nice to use. Wi-Fi signal was weak in the bedroom but still usable.



A bonus is the lazy Sunday 2pm checkout for all guests and breakfast is served till 12noon. This is something i never had before (without special request) and a lovely touch.



The cocktail bar was really nice. I enjoyed a whiskey. The staff were extremely attentive. Watching them create their famous cocktails was quite impressive.



Breakfast - great continental buffet selection (salmon of exceptional quality) and the staff also gave a polite and professional service.



You can really tell that 15million refurbishment was money spent well. They acheived a balance of period features and modern elegance. The lift was quirky (like a library) stained glass windows on each floor. Fresh flowers in abundance, the little details were everywhere.



Concierge was extremely helpful and accommodating. I needed to find a nail bar (i had broken my extension and needed it fixed)



The staff in this hotel are really what make it special. They arent robotic, each with character and charisma - they fall over themselves to assist you with whatever you may need. They really take great pride in what they do and the passion shows.



To sum up.... I am blessed to be able to stay in the best hotels around the world and found my stay faultless and service superior to The Savoy.



I beleive actions speak louder than words; As such I've cancelled my stay at Claridges on 12/13 August and rebooked Flemings, I look forward to returning to this hotel.

This hotel was my first job aged 17. I love it here the memories, wonderful staff and the quality of he uniforms then and now are amazing!! Mr G used to have our tailored on saville row. Wish I could visit twice a year Martin loves it as much as me now x

This hotel is just amazing - the service, the rooms and the food 100% on point! The staff are attentive, professional yet friendly - The location is ideal for visitors to London - I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

There were 6 of us for cocktails and dinner and not one of us could fault the very high standard of service offered to us by every one of the staff and we all agreed the food was some of the best we’ve eaten - it was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The hotel is pristine after its makeover with attention to detail. The staff were all very polite and helpful and the service excellent. The food was preety amazing and we were fortunate to have paired wines with the individual staff all knowing the background behind the wines and food served. Can’t fault them, from the reception to the restaurant staff, they were all very professional. The only small criticism I have, would be that the room was too hot and there was no way of turning the heat down or opening a small window and the air con didn’t seem to have an effect, however a wonderful room and ensuite which contributed to a pleasurable stay.

Stunning hotel, beautiful room, helpful and friendly staff and the food and service at the restaurant was exquisite. Plus it was made extra special as we visited for my birthday and the restaurant staff produced a surprise special birthday dessert at the end of our meal. We will stay there again, without question.

Stayed for 1 night and didn't want to leave. This hotel has a lovely ambience friendly and accommodating staff and the really nice thing is that breakfast is served until 12.00pm. Unfortunately the bed was so comfortable I stayed in it until the last moment and missed breakfast.

I was visiting London last week (wchich was one of my biggest dream) and I decided to stay in Flemings Mayfair Hotel. That was the best choice! Great location, professional and helpful service, pretty amazing breakfasts. Rooms are very cosy, immaculate and well designed. It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely hotel - from the moment I went in to the moment I left. I'd recommend Flemings to anyone! <3

Had yet another wonderful stay at Flemmings. It was our 3rd visit and we received am upgrade plus complementary full English breakfast. Nothing is too much for the staff. Always polite and friendly...love it

Had the most amazing stay I just wished it could have been longer. Such a beautiful hotel not like any others I've ever stayed in. Very unique. Staff are so helpful and kind and I was even upgraded to a suite as it was my boyfriends birthday. Also in a perfect place, close enough to everything you need. Would advise anyone to stay here, I will definitely be going back!!

What a great oasis to escape to after a hectic day in old London town. Also special mention to concierge excellent service gentlemen- i will definitely be returning and recommending.

Beautiful hotel very clean with great restaurant and and amazing looking bar. The service was great all the staff were very helpful cannot fault it.

We booked On line, but did not get an email confirmation about my reservation a day prior. The hotel was pretty and beautifully designed however it was a little pretentious and staff were a little unwelcoming- our waiter / Greg was a abrupt -which I can see could be seen as assertive but just comes across a rude. I get the impression the staff feel they can see who is worth being nice to and decided who gets attention , only being polite To who they think should be staying there.. we came at midnight and wanted a cocktail and the staff made us feel very uncomfortable and gave the impression he was not going to make it and then said he was only making us the same cocktail..would not stay here again.

You have to think twice if you are planning to stay in this hotel. I dont know where to start, my money has been taken from my wallet and the customers director didnt help at all. My stay was only for two days and due to this incidet all my program is ruined. In order to prevent any more issue i put do not disturb sign to my door and specifically told them that i dont want any room service, however when i came back to my room the sign was taken off and room service get into my room.

Worst experience i have ever had and will make sure none of my friends, family or colleague will ever stay at this hotel.
