My first impression was the shop itself, a beautiful elegant building, then the telephone experience, welcoming and efficient. Fleur de Lys had several styles of dresses that I was wanting to try on, and i considered that to find 6 dream dresses in my size, in just one shop was quite an amazing find, especially as I consider myself extremely particular on choice. I have since recommended them to my friend.

Absolutely 1st class service, couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish. I wasn't sure what I wanted at first but nothing was too much trouble helping me choose my perfect dress and accessories making me feel like a princess for my special day in Italy. I cannot recommend Laura and all the other girls enough. If you want amazing service and a beautiful dress then you must visit Fleur de lys Bridal.

Such an amazing shop. Endless choice of beautiful dresses and staff were beyond helpful. They knew exactly what I was after and brought my dream dress to life. Also bought my daughter beautiful flower girl dress from here and she was also made to feel like a princess. Would highly recommend !

I had an appointment on Saturday and these guys made me feel a million dollars. I was only able to have my bridesmaid with me and we had to bring a 1 year old with us but they accommodated the baby so well providing toys etc to keep her amused. I had no idea what I wanted but Lesley and Brenda helped me until I had got it down to 2 favourites. I've got the dress of my dreams and I would recommend these guys to everyone!! I've so glad I found Fleur de Lys. The staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable from the word go. They all have amazing expertise and are willing to share their opinion with you to make sure you find the perfect dress. Nothing is too much. I can't wait to don my gown next year.
