We went yesterday with my 12-year-old daughter and my 12-year-old nephew and they absolutely loved it , the food and drinks are reasonable priced the staff are very helpful as we had to get someone to help us do the lockers lol

everybody keeps saying it's a little bit expensive but all trampoline places that I've been to have been around £10-£12 pound when they've just opened then they only drop the prices at the other places when a new one comes along that's why the others are cheeper now

Overall we had a nice experience

User

We have just had my daughter's 8th birthday party and it was brilliant. Chloe the party host couldn't do enough to keep the kids happy and the food was great for the price. They kept me fully informed about what was happening and when great experience thanks guys the kids loved it too

User

Tonight we brought our guide group and they all truly enjoyed it and all want to return again very soon. From word go the manager and staff were all really helpful in getting our group booked in and on the night bent over backwards for us to make it a great experience. Thank you to James, Lauren, Stacey and Riannon who looked after us tonight, you did a great job and were very helpful and friendly. We will be returning.

User

This place is excellent, but reading some of the other reviews I have to be realistic, this is a trampoline park not a day care service. If you bring your 6 year old and expect to leave him and go drink a coffee, then give your head a shake. The staff are there for safety reasons not to babysit. My 10 year old went on 10 minutes later I followed him as it looked like fun. The platforms to climb and jump from allow you to develop skills that you couldn't anywhere else, I would not expect the staff to watch my son and know what his ability level is. I cannot recommend this place enough but please be realistic when you come the staff do their best but it is not a daycare, either get on the mats with your kids or don't moan. We will be back to learn more my son is determined to land a flip off the 6 foot platforms

User

The kids absolutely loved it but must say I was on edge as I couldn't watch the older ones while I had the little one aswell with them being on two different levels. My youngest loved the play area in the cafe but was able to walk round it and bk to stairs without us seeing which is a safety issue. Like many others have said it needs some sort of security but is an amazing place for kids to let of steam.

User

Had my sons 10th Birthday party here tonight and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves, the party host (Chloe, Miss Flip-out) worked tirelessly to ensure the kids had a great time. The party food was excellent and the cafe prices were very reasonable. There’s loads of other stuff to do besides the trampolines which makes it different to other similar places. My only criticism is how easy it is for people to walk in or out of the venue and I would recommend some sort of entry gate/system to ensure the kids safety. Overall though everyone had a great time.

User

Fantastic evening. All our cadets have enjoyed themselves and the staff are friendly and attentive to ensure that the public safety is paramount. There is many different activities to cater for all involved. Special mention to Jess our Party Host who was great and ensure that we had a great time. We will sure be back. Many Thanks On behalf of Armthorpe Air Cadets.

User

Brought my daughter and our 2 toddlers today and wow what an experience. Trampolines were fab and all the extras including the wipeout and soft play are the best. Have to say us adults enjoyed even more than the kids. Soft play was lovely and refreshments great price. The staff were all brilliant and so friendly. we will definitely be regulars

User

The facilities in flip out are great. Plenty of trampolines, play area is brill and cafe lots to choose from. I found each staff member very friendly watching over the kids, showing them different moves. However... when doing the safety video the young man who put the video on and asked questions just had no interest, he asked one question after the safety video and didn’t even know the answer himself, then we was made to do a ‘warm up’ never in my life have I had to do a warm up before going on a trampoline. Teething problems will happened but employment of enthusiastic staff should of taken place before opening the doors. I will go back as we really enjoyed it and I found the prices reasonable. But maybe a little pep talk with the staff wouldn’t go down a miss. Thanks

User

Only writing this to respond to Michael Hoggart. Parent's don't leave kids to drink coffee usually at other play trampoline play parks you can sit and watch children play or join them and they can keep coming to your table for a drink. How can 50+ adults stand on the balcony for an hour watching their kids? Mine are 8 and 11 and one is autistic so I do watch them but couldn't stand or bounce with them for an hour as I have had my foot rebuilt and have had surgery on both knees that need redoing. I told the staff and management my concerns the day it opened when I looked round. I was told they are having sessions for special needs but this would probably be worse for them as most vulnerable children will walk off with strangers.

User

My 7 year old son was invited to a birthday party here. I brought my nearly 2 year old with me and was happy to see the play area was a decent size! My 7 year old loved it.

There are a few concerns I have, however, that will stop me coming alone with both children.

1. The soft play is not fully within eyesight when in the cafe seating area. So I would need to stay nearby. On his own, I could bring my youngest. But I wouldn't be able to keep an eye on my 7 year old because:

2. The trampoline/activity area is on a completely different level to the cafe/soft play. So on his own, I could bring my eldest. Maybe even jump with him. But couldn't sit with a coffee and watch him bounce to his hearts content.

3. My son had to be stopped from just leaving the place by a member of the birthday party. This to me is a huge security issue (I know my son shouldn't have tried to wander off, but as there is nothing stopping the kids from venturing into the shopping centre I feel it needed saying).

I'm not sure how to fix these issues. Maybe a screen you can see from the cafe that shows the activity area? Or perhaps some seating nearer so one could purchase a refreshment AND be able to watch their kid/s?

Unfortunately I will never be able to take both kids on my own until my youngest is old enough to join everyone else. Which is a shame, because they both had a lovely time!

User

Took my 4 year old here on Saturday as he has been itching to go for weeks... excellent place to let the kids burn of some energy..... however was extremely disappointed that my son was just a tiny bit of the height limit for all of the extra things like tag etc. I fully understand that they are there for health and safety but not once was there a sign explaining this and neither did the staff mention this when booking. ( i did later find this on the waiver form in tiny print, and must admit i skimmed over it like most people do) I did speak to management who did offer me a refund (I did not take this as we did use the park for the full hour) it should just feel it should be made very clear that there are height restrictions On more than half of the things you can do, paying full price only seems fair to be warned that they will not be able to enjoy it all. That being said after the short disappointment my son had, being refused, he did really enjoy it. Please please make sure staff are telling customers about the 1.2 height limited as at £14 an hour it's not the cheapest place to take them. Oh and one more quick thing, some signage to say there is more activities next to the cafe would have been good... only found these as we needed to go to the toilets. we will be back but not until he's over 1.2 mtrs!

User

Theres nothing better than being locked with child under 3 in a hot room - no air con-with loads of other poor kids to watch instruction movie. At the end - lockers with code of your choice which you wont be able to open anyway.3 stars just because my son had enjoyed kids soft play area.

User

The slushes are awful and the fish fingers my child wouldn't eat . However I was pleasantly surprised to find they had gluten free alternatives. The sandwiches ,salads and cakes were not well stocked .There isn't two hours of activity for the kids as they were bored before the time was up and we had stopped to eat. young children were wandering around aimlessly with out any parents heading up the stairs seemingly unseen by staff also which I found highly dangerous. I highly doubt will go again.

User

The children love the area but came at 5.15 got to the till at 5.20 after filling in the form waited at the till till 5.25 it was not busy but 2 people on 1 till was informed we could not do the5.30 session had to wait till 6 not happy also the cafe service is slow wait for what seems ages tobe served

User

Iv gotta say it looks amazing, and my child did love it, i however felt it wasn’t that safe, anyone could walk in or even the children can walk out straight into frenchgate. If the cafe/seating area was onlooking the trampolines then it wouldn’t be as much a problem as we would be able to see the children at all times, but seen as though it isn’t we was having to stand for the whole hour to keep our eyes on the children. Maybe putting a safety measure in so the children cannot get out would ease parents minds and be able to enjoy the cafe as again the prices are very reasonable. We went to a party and it did seam quite unorganised, but the staff were lovely. Mixed reviews. I do appreciate it has just opened and everyone is learning, but my main concern was definitely the safety of the children. Maybe something to think about, as that would stop me from returning. Having to stand up for the whole hour in the reception to ensure the children are safe isn’t so great.

User

Have to sign a waiver first which is understandable but none of the machines were working to enable me to do that. 4 members of staff behind the counter doing nothing but none of them seemed interested in checking their faulty booking system. Made to feel like it was my fault. I was told I’d have to leave the building to get a signal on my phone and sign the waiver first online before they could book my son on. Which I did. Paid £12 for one hour for my son age 6. More expensive than most others but not unreasonable as there is a lot to explore. My son loved it, the hour was not quite long enough. Not ideal to keep an eye on them, most areas obstructed from view unless you go on with them. Cafe refreshments reasonably priced but again out of the way to keep an eye on him. Cafe staff huddled together talking about the manager. Very unprofessional. Overall good experience for my son, customer service needs to improve.

User

Feel this place is just a money pit. Cost me £20 for 2 kids for 1 hr, plus socks at £2 each then you have to pay extra for the ninja bracelets at another £2 each - bearing in mind the £20 you've paid to get in. It should be all inclusive for that price. Was disgusted at the price for 2 slushes - £7.98 and wasnt even a proper slush! Some staff also quite abrupt, the area with the large inflatable balls is an accident waiting to happen. Kids loved it, but very over priced so wont be going again.

User

Wanted to try as a change to our usual place Airkings for the toddler session. There were only 1 group of teens in front of us but we waited ages just to speak to someone. When we did it came to light the advertised toddler session isn’t just for toddlers and that anyone can jump which to me isn’t a toddler session and I wouldn’t want my 3 year old in the same session as teens/ adults. The second disappointment was the price, the session would have cost us £25 compared to our usual £7.50 at airkings for 2 adults and 3 toddlers, I wouldn’t mind paying more but not that much, they make you pay for the socks which others don’t and you can’t wear your own . Air kings also provide snack and juice. Obviously we didn’t go in and had to walk away with 3 disappointed kids. Wouldn’t go back just based on the safety aspect
