Summer is just around the corner! вША It's time to get the kids booked into our summer camp! Here's everything you need to know рЯШЭ:
From the 24th July to 30th August children under 14 can join our camp every Tuesday and Thursday.
рЯМЯ A half day will cost ¬£20 per child (8am to 12.30pm or 1pm to 5.30pm).

рЯМЯ A lunchtime meal from our Totally Delicious diner will be ¬£5.

What a fantastic time we had at stay & play. My 4 year old throughly enjoyed herself & the staff were very friendly. Jack went out of his way to ensure my little girl was enjoying herself as she started off very shy. Showing her all the different areas & toys that were out. He even jumped into the foam blocks to show her it wasn't scary. We will definitely come back

We took our daughter here for her 2nd birthday and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Was great that she had so much freedom to move around and try lots of different trampolines. The food in The Kitchen was also very tasty. Really good value for money for the Stay and Play. Will definitely be returning here again, especially when my daughter had a fantastic nap afterwards пњљпњљ

We had an awesome time yesterday evening! It was my sons 6th birthday and first time there. It must have been a hit as I had to pay for an additional hour and he cried when it was time to go home as he didnвАЩt want to leave. All heвАЩs gone about all day is when he can go again пњљ

The only thing that bothered me was the smell in the baby changing/disabled toilet пњљ

We had a party there for our sons' 4th birthday. There were 15 kids and we had 9.30am till 11.30am. Perfect time because it wasn't busy at all. The venue was a lot bigger than i thought it would be and plenty for the kids to do and areas to go to. We had one very happy little boy and none of the kids wanted to leave. Special shout out to our party host Luke T!! He was great from beginning to end. Really helpful and a great personality for a kids party! Tiny tiny point though that the organisation for the safety video and issuing the vests and socks could be looked at. Two parties merged together in that tiny room... and having the parents move to one end of the hall to then have to battle our way back to our kid to help with socks and shoes and vests... Luke did a great job though... he maybe could've done with some additional help. The food was great and good value for money... would've appreciated some kind of dessert in the package. Would absolutely recommend Flip Out for a kids party! We can't wait to use our bday vouchers and go back!

Took my two daughters here to celebrate one of there birthdays. They absolutely loved it! Now asking to go back soon. The staff very friendly, the minute we walked through the door. Even sang happy birthday to my now 7year old. She was so thrilled. Thank you flip out staff for making her birthday magical!

Took my daughter and her friend today. we hadn't booked in for a clip and climb session but that didn't matter we were able to go into the next session without any fuss. the lads who helped with the harnesses and the clips were fantastic. Brad one of the fellas was extremely helpful and made our trip really fun. we can't wait to go again and maybe I'll even have a go next time. for ¬£11 for an hour (and a bit) you can't go wrong. thanks flip out пњљ

This is a fantastic place for everyone. The stay and play for kids under 5 (including 2 adults) is an amazing deal. My boy loves it! Food is good too. Only slight criticism would be booking in and waiting for the video and wristband. Seems to take ages and with an eager 2 year old it can be very tricky keeping them calm. That being said all staff are very friendly.

Me and my family (all 7 of us) had a fantastic day yesterday at Flip out Chester. So much fun for all ages, also great staff. Thank you to Brad in the climbing section for allowing us to trade our second hour to climbing at such short notice., we'll definitely be back.

IвАЩm not normally one for posting reviews on here, however today me and my son came to Flip Out Chester for a 2 hour jump. My son has cerebral palsy and struggles to walk without the use of crutches. The staff today were excellent, understanding and helpful when it came to trying different things to let him bounce and brilliant at keeping an eye for him while walking around all the other boisterous kids. Thank you for a great time.

It was our first visit to flip out for my daughters birthday tbh I canвАЩt fault it I thought the staff was very friendly and great with my girls they even kindly wished my daughter a happy birthday over the microphone which she was very embarrassed about пњљkeep up the good work we will definitely be back пњљ

Have read some pretty bad reviews on here! But we went there today and had a fantastic time! Took all my 4 kids, age ranging from 2 to 10 and all 4 loved it! Yes it was very busy, that being a bank holiday, but there was enough staff at the tills and all around. All were very helpful!! We spent 2 hours there, enough to do they were quite sad that they had to leave. Will definitely be back again in the summer.

Great time at flip out today our first time with our 4 year old daughter, lots of different areas to explore we didnвАЩt really go anywhere other than the main trampoline section which was a great size and every one was really respectful of each other, the little kids trampoline part is great just for the little ones and there is a small soft play area for the tiny ones which my daughter went on for 5 minutes, also a large slide area which was great for all ages as there was three different slopes my daughter just went on the smallest one as the others where a bit high, lots of stewards around making sure everyone was safe, we also had lunch in the cafe nachos and my daughter had fish fingers and chips the food was hot and fresh with a good selection to choose from the fish fingers were massive!! All in all a great few hours spend here it is expensive ¬£11 each plus ¬£2 for socks which you have to buy unless you have been before for an hour ( this was long enough for us ) but I wouldnвАЩt hesitate in going back for a treat!!

Best Flip Out weвАЩve been to. Awesome day. 2 hr bounce and food after. Loved Ninja Warrior zone. Massively more difficult thank it looks. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was great value and again the staff really helpful with food choices. Highly recommend. Will be back!!

We have been a few times now for the stay and play sessions. My little girl loves it. ¬£5 for as long as she wants! Bargain. Staff really friendly and helpful. The whole place is also very clean which IвАЩm always amazed at. The only thing IвАЩm not keen on is the kids soft play area which is up some open steel steps. Although there is a rail to one side, the other is a gap and a window! IвАЩm amazed no littlest have ever hurt themselves. My 3year old wonвАЩt walk up the steps unaided and she hates me helping her with anything.

I had my sons party here yesterday and he absolutely loved it! Our party host Jade really went out of her way to ensure all the kids had fun пњљ the party bags are really good value too! the only thing I could fault was the voucher for 2 x hot drinks I asked the kitchen if we could have cold drinks instead as it is almost 30 degrees outside and they wouldnвАЩt let me which I didnвАЩt quite understand as cold drinks are cheaper пњљ. Need more staff to make it safe

Facilities are fab, clean and all staff I spoke to where helpful and friendly but there wasnвАЩt enough of them. Trampolines in main area where unsupervised until I spoke to someone who got someone in for the last 20mins of our hour session. Before that my mum and I where telling children not to double bounce on our 5 and 7 year old trampolines. So unsafe it was scary! Checking in staff for clip and climb where also doing harnesses and prep so delayed us going on by 15 mins. If they had pasta or jacket on the menu we would have stayed 5 hours in total. They have a fab little arcade and TICKETS! but we went across the road to Costco for food and came back.

I went yesterday with my 2 little ones for the stay and play which I thought was good value and the place itself is brilliant, my kids loved it.

My only gripe was a male staff member. My little ones had gone down to the вАЬexperienced jumpersвАЭ section and we were told to get off. The place was filled with primarily under 5s and there were no experienced jumpers or freestyler runners around so I didnвАЩt particularly see the problem. Once weвАЩd got off the member of staff was jumping around having a mess around on them! I felt we were told to get off so he could have a bounce when he was meant to be working and watching what was going on around the arena. Instead he was too busy showing off bouncing up the sides.

Awful experience from start to Finnish , booked our 7 yr olds birthday party here : initially the invites never arrived , last week we found out that the food options had not been sent either ,despite several calls we received no call back from the assistant manager Ben. We were asked to arrive 30 mins early ; we did to find we were waiting along with 15 kids and there parents in the entrance que area for the whole time , some of the staff were rude , in my experience addressing your customers as luv or bud is not good practice.

The climbing part went well and the staff dealing with us there were very good , however when the actual party started things went badly wrong . One child had no meal and there was no pizza left in the kitchen , rather than sort it out the staff chose to argue about how many children / meals had been booked then accuse each other of making a mistake , after one 6 yr old split her drink the children were warned to be careful over spillages.

Eventually the on duty manager was called and the child with no pizza was given nuggets and chips ( after her pudding and everyone else had finished) .

The puddings were not included in the price , nor were a couple of the climbs .. another lack of info ..Although the manager was apologetic and promised to review the whole mess we feel that our day was pretty much ruined by poor attitude of staff and customer service

Absolutely great place for all ages but after visiting last night with seven 5 year olds, super excited for their first time at flip out the girl on reception was awful. Shouted directly at all the children when the parents were clearly with them! They weren't being naughty or causing any trouble just a bit noisy as all five year olds are! That with the rudeness and face like thunder, you really need to address your front of house!



Aside from that they all loved it!
